We loved the hospitality, the beautiful sea, the food.

Animation for children was not sufficient. No clear schedule for kids club activities.:You cannot leave your child (mine is 10 year old active young lady) for a long time.

Excellent location, pool and access to a wonderful beach

Beach and pool drinks and food a little bit too expensive.

This is my fourth stay there. Great food, great beach, excellent staff. The absolute best manicurist I also make a point to go to (Elaferia...spelled wrong probably). We lost some very expensive sunglasses there and thought they were stolen, a week after I got home they found them and are returning them to me. The breakfast buffet is awesome, bigger than the Hawaii hotels famous buffets even. Have recommended this hotel to others, and will continue to do so.

Very friendly and helpful personal. We've been before to the much more expensive hotel and the service in Grecotel was much better. The sea. The most visitors are German or Russian speaking

Bad internet Expensive restaurants Old rooms and not comfortable beds Stones when you enter the water Not enough place on the beach, good lounges near the pool and near the sea are for extra fee

Very, very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet, generally high quality of food. Very clean: room, pool area, beach.

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor restaurants, that means people smoke WHILE you eat. But I found that to be a problem everywhere on the island. Rather slow WLAN. Sometimes bad smell in the room.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended.

The rooms could do with a bit of makeover to reflect the standard of the hotel as a whole. I also found the room a little dark as half the side facing the balcony was a solid wall instead of window/sliding door. Saying that, it was still very clean and the beds comfortable.

Friendly staff Outstanding + generous cuisine Clean

We were not informed upfront that we needed a specific dress code for the buffet dinner Since the day we checked out the occupancy was not high we would have appreciated keeping the room few hours longer

This hotel is too expensive for the facilities provided in comparison with other 5 star hotels. Basic bathroom items were missing (I.e. bath carpet, shower cap, ear-pick etc) The bed mattress was too hard and the quality of pillows were poor. A lot of noise by Russian residents. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never visit it again. I never visit so bad and expensive 5 star hotel.
