The staff is very friendly and professional; the hotel has a really great design and artistic concept: the room was clean and comfortable; the location is convenient and; it is great value for money. A great hotel!
everything!!great staf,amazing breakfast,perfect rooms..
We arrived at 5 degrees coming straight from a sailing boat. Wet and frozen to the bones the staff gave us a warm welcome, entering early into the room which was initially booked for one was not an issue. Throughout the whole stay the staff was great, made us and friends that were not even staying at the hotel feel very welcome. Great experience.
The district are for emigrants, small rooms, no pen, no shoes spoon, the staff can enter to room at 18-20 o'clock if you are sleeping and not put red label on the door outside, the towels and bathrobe cnanging not every time. The room bottle water not change at all! Too small TV. WiFi ask password regulary
Good location to metro Omonia (200m), very polite staff.
Breakfast was nice, but same everyday
Friendly staff Excellent service Very clean Nice comfortable rooms Restaurant was always open
Drinking water should be supplied free of charge everyday.
The staff...all wonderful. And the breakfast...great choice and some wonderful local dishes
There were stains on the carpet. The closet was too small. hair in the bathroom after cleaning. Could hear everything that was happening in the hall.
Breakfast. Staff. Location. Large room.
Position, just five minutes by walking to Monastiraky, neighborhood with charateristic food market and shop, breakfast and staff.
I couldn't find one.
After having had Four Seasons, Hilton, Sheraton etc. well-known hotels, Grecotel Pallas Anthene is the best one that I have ever had. The most impressive thing is the attention and love we have received from the staff. They are not only professional and very kind, but also very considerate. For example: 3 days before we checked in, the reception sent us a mail asking if we need any transfer; when we checked in, the hotel manager walked together with us to the room, which is an amazing family suite with painted walls and a wooden horse, blue and green are happen to be the most favorite color of my daughter, when the manager opened the door, he said to my daughter:" now, you have to walk in first", my 4 year old daughter was completely dumbfounded from the beautiful room. During the 3 nights in Athene, the hotel prepared fruit and dessert plate in our room, all for free! It was for my daughter every day a nice surprise when she came back to the hotel and saw something delicious on the table! When we had our diners in the restaurant, the staff prepared always nice chocolate or a fuzzy bear for my daughter, so that every diner is for her a little party. The location of the hotel is great, it locates at the center of Athene, across the street there is bus stop, metro stop, city train and hop-on-hop-off stop; As a matter of fact, just by foot, you can reach Akropolis. The hotel has own organic farm, therefore all food, fruits, milk, cheese, juice and even shampoo and lotions are organic.
value for money: overpriced
Location, staff was brilliant, breakfast was excellent, decoration
Breakfast Staff Deco
This hotel was fantastic. They contacted me prior to arriving to see if I needed any help arranging transport. They sent a great driver. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. We checked out early to catch the ferry and they packed breakfast for our entire family (at not extra charge). We stayed in the family room and my kids loved it. Close to so much. It was a perfect visit.
my wallet was stolen in Syntagma square and my ID card inside, the staff give us many help, take us to police station tell us what should we do next step and many many help, when we leave they give us the gift. it is a very good hotel.
Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Gave us good information and suggestions about how to get to places. Breakfast felt leisurely and great range of items including farm produce and local dishes. <5 mins walk to metro.
Dinner is a bit expensive, still good quality.
Staff service attitude, breakfast variety and quality.
Eveythings was good
Conveniently located near Omonia Square, the hotel provided top-notch service in every possible way. Extremely kind, helpful staff, large and comfortable room, huge shower stall in the bathroom, and delicious breakfast served ever morning. One couldn't ask for more.
The smell and furniture in the room reminds it has not been renovated for some time
The hotel is properly situated 5 min by foot from metro and 15 minutes by foot to the main tourist attractions
The decor I loved!
Initially, there was a challenge with bed type (We got two singles, instead of one king size bed). It took us one hour to change the room. I failed to understand why would they do such a thing....
Overall style of the hotel, breakfast is amazing, breakfast room is actual gallery, with couple of pieces I would like to have.
Not the most comfortable bed. Also, the dining room was occupied, but they gave us an excellently reduced price for room service.
This is truly a standout place for a quick stay in Athens. Truly outstanding service- we were happily surprised with delicious room service. They even packed breakfast for our early flight. A reasonable price for a boutique luxury hotel. Walking distance to the acropolis and metro.
Thin walls/loud neighbors.
The location, the staff, the arty interior, great breakfast.
Helpful and warm staff, Car park located to next to the hotel, 200 meters away from the most famous square, rich breakfast, large rooms, very fast internet speed, very good quality bath goods,
The fact that our wine glasses were not replaced after cleaning of the room. The shower head could have been more functional and our room should not be connected to another room by a door as we could here the person living next to us!
The kindness and professionalism of all staff especially in the breakfast restaurant! We asked for a wine opener at reception and immediately a member of staff came up to our room and opened our wine and next day we found a wine opener in the room
If you willing to relax and get massage, not in this place !
Stuff are friendly, Location is in the center and everything is close to you
