눉I did not have a bad experience...It is something personal. I often like sitting and relaxing in my room. Listening to music, writing, thinking. When one is out and about all day, one needs a moment of "calm and comfort" Every room should have a personal 'flop-in' chair, so that one can just 'flop' into it, literally and turn off...immediately.
This is the only one thing I wish to say.
눇From the moment I arrived, the warm, smiling and friendly welcome was exceptional.
The atmosphere and staff at breakfast were just right. The guests behaved, too !!! Abundance of good quality, well presented buffet breakfast, with some of the most charming smiles from the servers !! Perfect.
Keep it up. DO NOT let go of your client. He makes and breaks you.
