Halepa Hotel    

The staff of the Halepa went out of their way for us in many ways, the breakfast is good with a varied menu, they having parking out back, and there is an excellent fish restaurant on the shore about 300m away.

I have a vague memory from a previous visit of the decor being more interesting - there seemed to be fewer antiques this time. My first impressions of the hotel were not as favourable as on my previous visits. Otherwise, no negatives.

The receptionist spoke English superbly and was ever helpful. The elegant historic façade with fountain and tables . On the main road so easy to find . Quiet room at rear . Good parking at hotel and within a short distance on street( but this was off peak in April and hotel was empty )

Breakfast was limited choice ( but good quality) . Coffee was weak!

The smiles of the staff, the lift, the books put at disposal of customers, the view on the roof terrace. Magic.

The breakfast coffee. Lukewarm and so weak it tasted like colored water. It took them three days and lots of complaining on my part to do something about it.

Halepa Hotel was a really lovely hotel. Very old worldly. The staff were very kind and very helpful. At the top of the hotel was a super roof terrace which we could sit on either loungers or at a table. We were able to get room service up there.

The hotel is a little outside the old town centre. It is a good walk in but achievable. There are only one or two restaurants around so would have to go back into the centre to get a meal. We had booked a double room but this turned out to be two single beds side by side. We should have complained to the staff but never thought to.

My wife and i have just returned from a two week holiday in Crete where we stayed at the Halepa Hotel. The staff at the Halepa are in our opinion ,the most friendly and helpful people we met, nothing is too much trouble for them. Every single member of the staff were proffessional in their outlook and seemed to enjoy working there,thank you Halepa

Historic building, quiet place, located just minutes from the city center of Chania and very good services. During my next visit in Chania, it will be my first preference and I will introduce it also to my friends.

Fantastic staff, all very professional and willing to go the extra mile to see your needs are met. Impressive accommodations with lots of old world charm and character blended with modern convinces like reliable high speed internet. Spacious room, comfortable bed with clean bathroom. Relaxing court yard and roof deck with access to bar service or full breakfast.

Besonder positiv sind uns die Ausstattung und Innenarchitketur sowie die beeindruckende Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals gefallen. Außerdem war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz mit dabei.

Aktuell wird nebenan des neue Archeologiemuseuum gebaut. Die Baumaschinen sind z.T. sehr laut.

Es muy acogedor, diferente a otros hoteles más impersonales. El desayuno en el jardín es muy agradable.

No, si bien el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad.

La ubicacion del hotel es ideal para ir en coche. Se encuentra facilmente con o sin GPS. La atención del personal excelente, verdaderos guías turísticos. El desayuno completo, se puede desayunar en el jardin. El dia que partiamos nuestro avion salia muy temprano entonces nos dieron un pequeño desayuno en el bar. Todo perfecto.

Ruhiges Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. 15 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Hafen entfernt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren in der Region.

La palazzina nel suo insieme, la colazione in giardino con sottofondo musicale, l'arredamento moderno, la cordialità e disponibilità del personale.

Scarsa varietà e qualità del menù colazione.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza a Chania soggiornando presso l'hotel Halepa di cui posso parlare solo bene a partire dall'accoglienza, dalla premura e attenzione da parte di tutto lo staff ed in particolare da Mr. Kostantino che parla un italiano perfetto! Le giornate splendide e il bellissimo mare hanno alimentato in noi il pensiero di ritornare scegliendo certamente l'hotel Halepa.

Bella struttura, personale cordiale e sempre disponibile, stanza molto carina!

La colazione a buffet è un po' scarsa, e sarebbe meglio coprire la ciotola dello yoghurt con un coperchio vista la presenza di moscerini.
