We really enjoyed our stay in this tiny village Douliana, just 3 km from Vamos and 4 km from the sea. We booked this traditional house with shared swimming pool with amazing views over the White Mountains, very relaxed. Friendly people and there are many good tavernas with Cretan food. A good starting point for walks to discover the area. For sure we go again!
