Heliotrope Boutique and Resort Hotels    

The rooms are quite spacious fully equipped with everything needed & very clean. Also , the most of the rooms have seaview with nice veranda. The front desk/reception staff are very friendly, polite and willing to assist to everything. The breakfast is served in a very nice area, seaview, and a big variety of everything you can ask for a delicious breakfast, as many of the things served, are homemade marmalades, cakes, bread E.T.C. its really a hotel that whenever I travel to mytilene, I want to stay there.

The sea and the beach in front of the hotel is not okey for swimming and enjoying the greek seasides/sea we are used to.

It was close the city and personel was friendly and good service.

Fantastic hotel, helpful and kind staff. Stayed here twice for one day. First day : good room, fantastic breakfast. Second day : fantastic big room though booked as "budget" but reason was not renovated yet but I liked it much better anyway ! because of early flight had breakfast in the room and that was poor compared to the breakfast you get in the restaurant itself.

Cozy hotel, clean. Staff always willing to help, especially at reception' "... george" She was very nice and patient and tried the help Hotel in a good location, We had a very pleasant week be Heartily recommend it pleasant vacation

i liked what it offered

Overall a nice place to stay. Nice, clean and new rooms. Almost all of them have view over the pool and the sea. Close to center. Ideal if you have a car. There is a free parking just in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is okey.

The only problem was the mosquitos in the garden during the night, but I think it is not the hotel's fault in any case.

This is a wonerful hotel but its a bit expensive for what it offers.

Good location. They have a nice breakfast that is included in the room rate. The room itself was clean and well-apportioned.

Our first room had an intense odor of urine emanating from the bathroom. We asked for a room-change the first night and was told that there were no others. When we inquired again in the morning, we were moved to another room that was pleasant smelling and clean. The room change took a little more effort than it should have required, but it worked out in the end.

The perfect location - close to the city center, cleanliness of the room, the politeness and always smiling personnel.

The noise when there is an social event taking place especially on on Saturday nights.

Beautiful location very close to the airport but not noisy highly recommended!!!

Όμορφος χώρος Ευγενικό - χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να προσφέρει υπηρεσίες. Πλούσιο πρωινό Το συνιστούμε ακόμα και για χειμερινούς μήνες. Θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ. Μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα. Όλα άψογα!

Tesisin konumu çok güzel,sakin,odalar deniz manzaralı ve balkonlu,odalar,banyo çok temiz,yataklar rahat ve temiz,aydınlatma,ısıtma-soğutma çok iyi,otel çalışanları cana yakın,yardım sever,güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı güzel ve çok seçenekli, akşam yemeği harika, otele giriş çıkışlar sorunsuz, kısaca 4 kişilik bir aile olarak otelden çok memnun ayrıldık, Midilliye daha sonraki gidişlerimde de orda kalacağım...Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde değil.Midilliye iner inmez hen 30 avro vererek bir araç kiralayın, 20-25 avroluk benzin adayı komple gezmeye yeterli oluyor. Araç kiralamak çok kolay ve prosödürü yok IGFA firmasından kiraladım.Araçları 2011- 2012. Küçük araç tercih edin kasaba ve şehir içi yollarda çok pratik oluyo. İyi tatiller.

το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. πολύ καλό μπουφέ αλλά δεν επιτρέπεται η έλειψη ψωμιού από τις 9.30 (1η μέρα) όταν η αίθουσα μένει ανοικτή για πρωινό έως τις 11.00 The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice

δυστυχώς το τρίλινο deluxe δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε μέσω booking δεν είχε καμμία απολύτως σχέση με το δωμάτιο που αντικρύσαμε όταν φτάσαμε. καταρχάς δεν θεωρείτε τρίκλινο το δωμάτιο που έχει έξτρα μικρό κρεβατάκι ράντζο. από την reception μου είπαν την επόμενη μέρα ότι όλα τα δωμάτια τα τρίκλινα έτσι είναι. αν όντως συμβαίνει αυτό τότε κακώς πληροφορούν τους πελάτες ότι υπάρχουν τρίκλινα δωμάτια για ενήλικες. τρίκλινο δωμάτιο θεωρείται αυτό που έχει δύο κρεβάτια μονά ή ένα διπλό και έναν ευρύχωρο καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. αυτό νομίζω πως υπάρχει στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά δυστυχώς δεν προγραμμάτισαν σωστά ώστε να έχει κρατηθεί το σωστό δωμάτιο, ή υπάρχει διαχωρισμός πελατών μέσω booking. βέβαια την επόμενη μέρα παραχωρήθηκε έξτρα δωμάτιο χωρίς χρέωση για να κοιμηθεί ο τρίτος ενήλικας. οφείλω να τονίσω ότι όλα τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου δεν είναι ίδιας κατηγορίας παρόλο που χρεώνονται το ίδιο. το δικό μας δωμάτιο ήταν 3 αστέρων και όχι παραπάνω. Unfortunatelly the room that we booked through booking had nothing to do with the room they gave us. The third bed was an extra small bed and ideal for a child and not for an adult. For this reason, the day after they gave us another single room for the third adult free. There are different types of rooms in this hotel on the same charges.

Konakladığımız mevsime göre konumu çok iyiydi.Çalışanlar yardım sever ve son derece saygılı insanlar.Kahvaltısı ve temizliği ödediğimiz konaklama ücreti ile değerlendirdiğimizde fazlası ile iyiydi.Gitmenizi öneririm.Bizler çok memnun kaldık.Teşekkürler Booking..........

όλα ήταν άψογα. οι χώροι, η εξυπηρέτηση, το περιβάλλον. κατάλληλο για κάθε ηλικία και κάθε περίπτωση-δραστηριότητα.

φιλικό προσωπικό με άμεση εξυπηρέτηση , άριστη πρόσβαση , άνετος χώρος δωματίου, καλό πρωϊνό

πρέπει να αντικατασταθούν οι παλιές tv με lcd

η τοποθεσία του. ησυχη περιοχή κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και στη πόλη.

άριστη τοποθεσία κοντά σε αεροδρόμιο και τη χώρα. μεγάλη πισίνα με ωραίο περιβάλλον. χώρος ανοιχτός με θέα τη θάλασσα η οποία είναι στα 10 μέτρα απο το ξενοδοχείο. ιδανικό εάν δεν γινονται μετακινήσεις.

η ρεσεψιόν ειναι απο εποχή κωσταντάρα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση και ενα πιο επαγγελματικό σύνχρονο στύλ επίσης οι τζαμαρίες χρειάζονταν πιο συχνό καθάρισμα.

εχει την πιο καταπληκτική μαρμελάδα σύκο που έχω γευτεί.

Otel çok temiz. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımsever. Sessiz ve sakin bir tatil isteyenler için mükemmel. Kahvaltıda yiyecek çeşidi bol.
