There is no elevator for the upper 2 floors. They do have a young man on staff to help with luggage most of the time.
The hotel premises and rooms are beautifully built, with an awesome view. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the valley, enjoying wine and cheese purchased across the street. We opted to spend an extra night here after the fast paced 3 day classical tour. The staff helped us pre-arrange for a taxi to the train station the next morning, as we continued on to Meteora. Breakfast was adequate with breads, cheese, coffee/tea, and hard boiled eggs. Our beds were comfortable, but our traveling companions complained of a hard bed. On checkout, the staff asked to be paid in euros; would not take a credit card charge.
