Situated in a good location, quiet n safe area.Stunning views of the Acropolis from roof garden.Clean rooms. Rooms small & bathroom was cramped.They had the cheek to charge for bottled water & usage of the safe in the room, kettle n complementary sachets non existent, 4 star??? Not value for money. |

Location - close to metro station; close to the Acropolis; close to Plaka; close to most sights. Lobby was open & inviting. Rooftop view of the Acropolis was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Pillows were very hard but were replaced immediately after we requested new ones. |

The dinner choice was good and attentive waiters with personality and politeness. The dinner portion was good. There can be a little noise from street as one of the main streets in Athens is not far away -but this is nothing significant |

We think we had the perfect location for being within walking distance of some very good restaurants and the things we were interested in seeing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Front desk staff were very helpful and the Herodion had the best free breakfast buffet that we've ever seen. We loved lounging on the rooftop terrace. I guess we would have preferred one queen size bed instead of two singles pushed together. |

Absolutely great location and a very comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast very good. The only negative was that the elevator did not always work properly. It wouldn't go. I ended up carrying all the bags down 4 flights of stairs because we had to get to the airport. |

The location was good and our room was quiet at night with a view of the Acropolis. We thought that the staff should have done a course at a charm school. The men tended to be surly. The restaurant meals except breakfast were poor and not what one should expect in a hotel of this price. |

Overall the experience was very nice. The proximity to the Acropolis and the view from the rooftop deck were great. The breakfast and the dining room staff were both also excellent. The bed was quite hard and our shower did not have a curtain, causing puddles in the bathroom. |

Rooftop view of acropolis is extremly nice The hotel isn't bad, but basically you pay for the location, not a lot amenities and you have to pay for everything extra (E.G. 1h internet 3euro), you can get a lot better value for your money with a 5min metro ride away |

The location was excellent - a very quaint section of town and perfect walking distance to all sightseeing attractions and restaurants. Great staff, meals, and overall atmosphere. Also, loved the roof top balcony with night time view of beautifully lit Acropolis. |

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to get a taxi to an obscure part of Athens and they explained the location to the taxi driver for me. |

The meals were particularly good. There was no mention of a fee for the use of the jakuzzi which like a pool at a hotel you would expect not to pay for the use of it. it is fair enough that there should be a time limit on its use but no fee, of if there is this should be made clear on the website and on arrival. There was no mention of a fee in the information book in the hotel room either. |

The roof top garden was splendid (whirlpool and view over Akropolis). Quiet and calm and perfekt situated near Plaka/Akropolis. I prefer wooden floor - the room had a thick carpet. |

The hotel itself was lovely aesthetically and was very comfortable. The location was excellent and will be even better when the new Acropolis Museum opens which will be soon. |
