Very expensive extras. -wifi, breakfast etc Lack of bath gown and not got one despite request.

It's far from the acropolis and all other entertainment and restaurants. You need to pay for the Internet, which is not acceptable given that the sky high price I am paying!

Great facilities and breakfast

Room was spacious and very clean,, acropolis view was fantastic,,,,the pool was great,,,,staff was generally freindly specially at the galaxy bar and restaurant,,

I dont know how to explain it but,,i invited a freind for breakfast, on entering the restuarnt the waitress rapidly informed me that it is not included in the room rate, I already knew that , I booked the room,,,i thought there must be another way of informing the guests, other than warning them,,, on my last day I entered the smoking cube in the reception , ordered a coffee with my cigarett, before I started drinking I was surprised that the waiter insists on collecting the check???????, I dont bknow what past experience they had with clients,, but that is definitely very rude,,

They have a nice bar on the top floor with great views of the Acropolis. I enjoyed their breakfast they had a good selection of everything and many healthy options.

We did not get the room we had requested and it took them half an hour to sort it out and they seemed totally annoyed. The attitude of the staff was not the greatest. We finally got our room but the shower head was not working properly so they had to fix it the next day.

It is a very comfortable and excellent hotel with great facilities, cooperative staff and remarkable breakfast for all kinds of travelers. I truly believe it is the best we can find in Athens for its comfort, luxury, services and nearness to all the popular sites in Athens.

Not enough staff to process checking-in and out of guests, resulting in unnecessary long delays. There was always an expectation for the guest (while waiting in line) to go up to receptionist and make his/hers presence known rather the other way around (i.e. be called by the receptionist when he/her are ready to process the next guest). Also disappointed about my reservation not being processed correctly and having to change room for my children.

The luxury of being in an executive suite. We felt the staff were courteous and helpful, particularly on the 11th floor. The happy hour drinks and extensive snacks were excellent on this executive level. The hospitality staff were very efficient and polite. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. The reception desk at ground level, particularly the men were reserved, formal but polite. The reception staff on level 11 were always friendly and polite. We would book this accommodation again at this executive level for these reasons.

Booking was poorly coordinated between Booking.com and Hilton Athens, I will have to invest further time after the stay to get this sorted...
