Clean room, full minibar, friendly staff, easy access to parking, location near the centre Breakfast: Dishes are not available so you have to wait for the stuff to get you one. Elevators: Very small and you may wait in line for 3-4 minutes. Wireless internet: not free |

The room was too hot and we had the heat of.The noise from the car was too much and we was staying at the 6th floor.Also the noise from the other romm near was very loud.Our meibers had sex from 1.00 - 4 00 and it was like in my room.I didn't sleep thaat night nothing. The brekfast to be included in the price. |

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Everybody speaks English. Having a private and secure parking is a great plus. Tv was ok, there were many English speaking channels This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel (maybe 3 star will be appropriate). İt is really old, and needs renovation immeadiately. Although we booked a non smoking room, everywhere smells tobacco. Breakfast is not like a 5 star hotel open-buffet. Also the location is problematic for families. It is close to city center and coastline, but the area is full of nightclubs and sex shops. As a summary, the hotel really needs to be repaired. All the furnitures are at least 15 years old. Since we had a great deal from booking.com, the hotel is still very expensive. We stayed at a very nice 5 star holiday village in Corfu same price. |

the garage, girl in bar spoke fairly good english. Front desk staff behaved professional and were helpful. bad restaurant, room service staff could not speak english. 19% fee on roomservice and service in bar. small double rooms. newly renovated, yet poor bathroom standards. |

About the hotel in general. i see like in all Holiday inn hotels that they realy follow the international style of all the sister hotels so its a bit of home with you while your on vacation. also everything is quickly clean and ready for use again as if it were brand new. as for service, everything is clearly and as best as possible helped with. just on a personal note. bath and bed were slightly to short for me. but other then that. it was positive |

The most importants is the Clean Room & Bathroom. 2ndly the location is the best for shopping wise in thre city. Always go there and always clean rooms. Some unfriendly staff sometimes and very high hotel rates even being a priority club member. Stayed so many times there and they dont really have or bother to see how of a frequent customer you are to appreciate and offer something for appreciation. Maybe a better rate each time we stay. |

The cleanliness, the helpful staff, the comfort of the room itself, quiet etc. No particular problems Yes, I would recommend not ordering a taxi from the hotel, drivers assume you are there to be ripped off, mine did anyway, charging me double what I paid coming from the airport |

Value for money is good here. Definitely does not correspond to a 5* hotel - 4* maybe however this was a problem with all other hotels in thessaloniki that I have stayed in. |

We were close to the center and restaurants Fairly clean but this is not a 5 star hotel. Terrible construction for the subway all around the hotel - for now this is not comfortable at all. There are no stairs going one flight to the garage. Four of us used the elevator our first morning and it dropped half a floor and we were stuck. |

Hotel staff is very proffessional, they provided all information we needed. The hotel is at 15 minutes walk from the center of town. At the time we stayed at the hotel, there were some street works, and since we were at the fourth floor it was quite noisy. |

Everything! The stuff was was very kind and efficient, rooms are spacious and clean. The price is acceptable. Because of the constructio works on the street and in front of the entrance, it was hard for me to see the sign for the hotel, so I missed it. |
