the staff was good and helful the breakfast is priced at 22 eurors and is expensive , you have 4 star hotels around crown plaza which charge nearly 50% less give you the same comfort, luxury and attention and complimentray breakfast, not too many vegetarian options available on the menu and the spa/health center was out of order, i think the pool closes at 7pm which is eraly they should keep it open atleast till 9pm as most of guest come back from their city tours shopping around 7pm and wish to take a dip and drink by the pool side |

The front reception staff in particular were profoundly helpful, and courteous. When our baby daughter fell ill, they helped us enormously with seeking medical assistance and thoughtful gestures that were very beneficial to us as a family with 3 youngsters in a foreign country. The room was plenty big enough for us 5, and we would definitely stay there again should we return to Athens. No. The pool was a little small, but we weren't there to lounge by the pool and swim, as there so much to do and see. I suspect this would be the same of most guests staying there. |

The knowledge of the staff about Greece are zero because I have asked them many times to arrange a trip for me and my wife to an island they couldn’t even give a single answer to my questions they don’t have dedicated concierge to help the hotel residents. |

We thought this hotel was superb value for money. The roof top pool and sunbathing area was fantastic and very welcome to come back to after a day sightseeing in the heat ! My husband was rather concerned that the bags took almost 30 mins to arrive in our room and took 2 'phone calls to the desk to get them delivered. |

Family Room was comfortable with two double beds. Conveninent to Metro station. Too far from main areas of interest in Athens. Neighborhood did not have interesting and easily accessible restaurants for dinner or breakfast. Most disappointing was that pool closes at 7pm. Although other hotels have similar closing times, when we stayed at the Marriott is stayed open. In August when it is hot and light out until 9pm it does not make sense to close the pool at 7pm. |

It was what you expect from the Crown Plaza. Twice the hotel that the Royal Olympic is. Wished we would have stayed here longer and not at the Royal olympic. This hotel has freindly staff, resonable price, clean and a great reputation which they delivered on. I would stay here again if I am in Athens. |

The hotel was nice and clean with modern decor and facilities and is conveniently close to the metro station. We were able to make the short journey to the main tourist areas in a relatively short time. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful. We felt that the price for breakfast was not worth 25 Euros each (half price for children) so we ate out. There are a few reasonable bakeries and convenience stores nearby where we bought "take-away" breakfast. |

Very good room with place for a whole family. Very comfortable beds and good design. Located near a very nice garden resturant up the street on the back side with a playground for the children. The pool close a little to early for the kids. |

Very comfortable room, clean, excellent bed, clean bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and still the external noices don't bother you at all. International TV offer. This is not a negative point, but the swiming pool is very small. Internet service and breakfast too expensive. |

Rooms were clean and ammenities were good. Location was not very central but was walking distance from megaro moussikis metro station which was useful. Some staff were great, most did not seem to be customer focussed in their attitude. Food was overpriced (8 euro for a frappe coffee and 27 euro for a buffet breakfast). Not many restaurants nearby if you would like other options for food. |

Very clean modern hotel with comfortable bed and lovely big bathroom in standard rooms. Roof terrace pool is very small but nice area with bar & loungers etc. Business lounge only consists of 2 computers but otherwise the hotel's facilties are adequate and staff quite helpful. Well located and despite being on a busy main road rooms are quiet. No views of acropolis though! |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival, during our stay and upon departure. The room service was excellent...but a bit on the pricey side. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much here. Room service a bit pricey. |

The hotel has a good location. Decor is nice and has an overall stylish look inside. (Building pretty ugly outside -matching the rest of the city) We traveled with our 2 kids (ages 4 and 9) and we were mislead by your website about being able to fit in the same room. We had to pay and extra 30% to be in a triple room which by the way had only 2 beds!! Probably because of that , staff were unfriendly the rest of our 4-day stay. The bellboy was very rude. The view from the terrace is not of the Akropolis but the Lycabettus Hill. (Also deciving in the website). Breakfast for 27Euros is basically a rip-off. |
