2 short metro stops away from Syntagma. There's a store and cafes around it. Breakfast for 23 Euros ... too expensive ... we didnt even try it. No free internet.

The rooms were well aquiped, spacious and clean. the food in the room service was excellent. one of the best we had in Greece. The staff in the reception were usless and missleading. We asked them for a place to go shop for desiners clothes, we even spasified the brands we are looking for, they sent us to the wrong place. they had no idea about where or what to recommand in Greece. after we confornted them about their mistake they said we shouldnt have asked them cause they are man. Crazy! The hotel is located near a strip bar so we found some working girls in the elevator.

I found the internet slow and very expensive, other hotels in same area and class will typically have this included in the room rate

It keeps up with the set standards - a comforting information in Athens. The pool on the roof-top was not clean, the presented pictures of the pool and the terrace don't match the reality. No way you could enjoy a view to Acropolis from the terrace.

It's modernly decorated. My business colleagues and I checked out of this hotel after one night, even though we booked for ten. The staff were far from friendly, service was really bad, breakfast was horrendous, and the rooms were too small. I'm really surprised it's a 5 star hotel; it would hardly pass 3. And for some reason the hotel is still reserving the entire price of my stay on my credit card after two weeks of that one night nightmare. Not recommended

Front office staff pleasant and helpful. Handy location to National Art Gallery and and Megaro Musikis (concert hall). Rooms well serviced and clean. Breakfast buffet was ok but a little overpriced. Neighbourhood was a bit of a dump even allowing for the garbage strike. Hotel was tired and in need of refurbishment. Supervisor at breakfast on one occasion was surly and unfriendly. Meals in restaurant in evenings were overpriced and low quality. Whilst distance from metro railway was walkable it was a little too distant to be convenient.

We were in a family room for two adults and two children (Two double beds) and the size was correct. The bathroom was ok but quite dificult to take a shower without soaking the floor. We didn't have breakfast because too expensive. There is a metro station five minutes walking from the hotel. The swimming pool is very small, only to get wet. Anyway we definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel room was quiet and worked very well for the 4 of us for this one night stay. All extras, like wi-fi, prices in bar and restaurant was high. The pool looks much bigger on the pictures.

Roof top pool One day I asked reception to ask Housekeepinmg to service our room and yet the room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. The airconditioning unit dripped water constantly and still dripped even after we had reported it.

Good hotel, nice staff. Located around 25mns walk away from Plaka. Pretty good breakfast although a bit expensive. We paid 1 breakfast fee for our 2 small kids so was fair finally. Good thing although was that they were quite open on breakfast schedules and we managed to take it late. This was in May and the hotel was not crowded, might be different in other periods of the year.

“The terrace view was more than excellent. Since the hotel was very close to the Acrolpolis it was great to have coffee after breakfast while watching the Acropolis. Secondly, hotel was in the heart of the city, very close to Syntagma Square on which there is a metro station. It was easy to reach each touristic and important places in Athens on foot.” Betul, Ankara |
