The lock of the room was not working properly. You had to put the card 2-3 times in order to open the door. |

We actually only overnighted so we didn't really use the hotel facilities, so we cannot comment fairly on this. Yes, there was. The windows in the rooms only open up to about 4 inches. We like fresh air and none is to be had when a window does not open properly. Besides, I believe we asked for a smoking room in our reservation (we initially booked a single no smoking and then changed it to twin smoking) but we never got the smoking room. Our reservation was for no smoking according to the hotel. |

The shuttle bus runs from 4am to 11pm between the hotel and the airport. They even didn't coffee and cream after its running out. The shampoo bottles were the left over from the previous customer-yuk. |

The hotel is pleasant, personnel is friendly I arrived at the airport around 3 pm in a Friday - it has been difficult do find the shuttle, since there are no clear indications about where does the shuttle stops and pick passengers. And at that time ot the day it is not a van with clear indication of the hotel, but a regular city bus that connects the airport to Athens, without an indications that it serves the hotel. |

We were only there from 7:00 pm one night until 4:00 am the next day but the staff (who were there) were wonderful and helpful Not enough staff on duty for check-in. We waited 30 minutes. Shuttle service was not available to the airport since it only runs starting at 4:30 am. |

The hotel has a very convenient shuttle service to and from the airport and its proximity to the airport is ideal for business travelers. We requested a late check out and the staff were very obliging. |

Convenience to airport and ease of getting into Athens; comfort and space of room; truly a 5-star facility We felt that the hotel staff was supercilious and condescending. We stayed at 8 other hotels in Greece and all of them had personnel who were extremely helpful and nice. The Holiday Inn people acted like every question was an imposition, and they were doing us a favor by providing information. |

The rooms were big and clean. Did not offer value for money,the shuttle did not operate at all hours and breakfast was not included.The hotel was overpriced.Complementary services such as massage were not free and should have been for the price that was paid.The hotel is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel as was claimed. |

Brand new facility designed for business travellers with nice rooms and amenities. The location of the hotel is 10 km from the airport. Their shuttle does not run 1100-1500, but that is not noted in the hotel information. A cab will cost you 15 euro, or you can take the X95 public bus if you know what you're doing. The hotel staff is rude, only caters to business clientele. The AC does not go below 22C, making the room hot and humid even though it was only in the 60sF outside. The extra bed is not a bed, but a cot--we had better beds in much smaller European hotels. It's 15 minutes on the shuttle to get here--stay in another Greek hotel and spend 15 more minutes on the shuttle to get to the airport--you can have a better stay for less money. |
