The location to the airport was convenient and the free transport by the hotel bus to the airport in the morning was easy and efficient. The hotel was also very close to a bus station that had an express bus into the center of Athens. I thought the breakfast was very overpriced. EUR 22.00 per person for a breakfast is way too expensive. |

We only stayed here for 7 hours from midnight till 7 in the morning and the receptionist was organised as well as very courteous, wakeup call on time and allways smiling. |

The proximity to the airport was very important to us and the free shuttle service was appreciated. The appearance of the hotel and the room was quite good. |

Proximity to the airport made this our choice to stay on 2 nights of our trip in Greece. The bathrooms were quite luxurious and the rooms were large. We were not big fans of the decor which included lots of mirrors and busy details. |

It was fine for business. Probably isn't the best choice if you are a tourist looking for beach/sight seeing as it is far from anything. The breakfast was fine, but usually the Holiday Inns offer better. |

After two weeks traveling around Greece, we chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Athens because of its proximity to the airport for the night before our flight home. We were very pleasantly surprised at the modern luxury of this hotel, which actually cost less than some of the hotels we stayed in downtown Athens. The shuttle to the airport only ran once an hour, but this was early in the season and it might run more often when there are more people there -- a very minor complaint about a very beautiful hotel. |

We choose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had an early morning flight to catch to Istanbul. Its location was not good. For a tourist it is too far out from Athens. The hotel seemed to be more suited for bisiness orientated accommodation. No where to eat outside the hotel other than Goddies ! |

Large bathroom with bathtub, comfortable beds, having free shuttle service to airport, clean and quiet. The cost was exhorbitant because there are limited options for hotels around the airport. A great deal of money just for someplace to sleep. |

The purpose was a quick layover to catch a morning flight. This hotel is very close to the airport. When we booked on line it said there was airport shuttle to and from the airport. It did not list hours. So when we arrived at 11pm we called the hotel to tell them we were in and they informed us there was not shuttle service at that hour. The hours should have been posted on line. |

Was very clean adn comfortable after 6 weeks of backpacking. Lovely bathroom. Great fitness/pool area. Not a 24 hour shuttle to the airport when it was one of the closest hotels. |

sadly our connecting flight was late into Athens, 11,30pm approx, which meant that we had nothing to eat until the morning - thought it was quite unusual and very disappointing not to have the availability of room service |

I often stay at Holiday Inns in the States - this one was far superior, albeit a little pricey - but close to the airport, quiet & exceptionally comfortable |

My first room had a bad odor but the staff moved me to another room quickly and the shower was awesome, I never can remember a shower with the water feeling so refreshing. I wanted to have a manicure /pedicure and I thought that would be available, I also called the hotel on 3/8/09 and it took a long time for someone to answer the phone, I had to make 3 calls , to the lost and found because I misplaced my glasses, and they had me to call back twice but I never got a answer, so if my glasses showed up please advise me. Thanks |

It is close to the Airport and it has a free and fast transport service to the airport. The food in the reastaurant is fine. Many things were brocken: the window not closing well, the minibar closed with key, not available internet - cable missing, in the bathroom the facilities are old... |

Arrived after midnight and left next morning. You need a car or use the express airport/central Athens bus. As all we needed was a travel lodge type place it was expensive but that's our problem, not the hotel's. |

the hotel is very new and in nice condition, ease of access to bus line, close to the airport did not like the restaurant, food was mediocre at best, additional charges for using internet in the hotel facility, general price for just about everything was a lot higher than what it was worth. Only other option for dinner was a Goody's around the corner. |

Clean - nice rooms 1. The "shuttle" was a joke! We waited 30 minutes then called the hotel to find out it only operated at 3:15PM during the day. We had to take a taxi. The taxi drivers did not want to take us because of the short ride. 2. The female at the registration desk was arrogant. |

The lock of the room was not working properly. You had to put the card 2-3 times in order to open the door. |

We actually only overnighted so we didn't really use the hotel facilities, so we cannot comment fairly on this. Yes, there was. The windows in the rooms only open up to about 4 inches. We like fresh air and none is to be had when a window does not open properly. Besides, I believe we asked for a smoking room in our reservation (we initially booked a single no smoking and then changed it to twin smoking) but we never got the smoking room. Our reservation was for no smoking according to the hotel. |
