Facilities, staff

I was in Athens for an International congress with my wife and baby girl. We booked in Holiday suites hotel and it was really a perfect choice and value for the money. The rooms are spacy , the area is very safe and just 2 min walk from the metro station. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff, Constantina, Manolis, Nikos and Alexandros I just want to say thank you for the wonderful time, really the most friendly and helpful staff that I have ever met in hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for all travellers.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchenette is handy... Which is great as we were staying with our 10 month old baby. We were very happy with the housekeeping and the helpfulness of the reception. Price/quality is remarkably good when you compare to other hotels in Athens. The hotel is located in a tranquil street just outside the touristic centre of Athens: the metro station is just a two minute walk and from there Syntagma square is only two stops away.

The staff at the hotel, they are the best.

I saw this hotel rated as 5-star by Booking.com. This is a 3-star hotel at best! The room was spacious but the carpet was not very good and the towels were very bad (some times torn and worn-out). Generally the room was not attractive at all. My room was faced to a wall, so no view at all; although there were windows, there is nothing you can see due to the wall and the barrier the hotel put to avoid seeing the close of the next building! They do have rooms with balconies; but those were not available (although I stayed 5 nights in this hotel).

The Staff is friendly, especially when you are a customer of the place.

There was a problem with the Internet.

We liked the room (large and bright), the kindness of the receptionists and the proximity of the buss/subway stations, which allow easy access from/to airport and the downtown.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Hotel is located on a (very) small and quiet street in a (for Athens standards) luxurious area and close to a metro station. Enormous room with facilities to make thea or eat a small snack ('studio' rather than simple hotel room).

One lamp not functioning but otherwise only compliments for the staff.

It was very well situated for conference at Megaros Moussikis. Also very well situated for the underground. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent nearby restaurant Vlassis when requested at reception.

We stayed here for our last night on a two week vacation to Greece, this hotel was the most comfortable/enjoyable, but also the least expensive hotel that we stayed at. The room was clean, very spacious, and had numerous in-room amenities which all worked (showers drained, tv remote functioned, toilets flushed, fridge worked; in our experience this is uncommon among supposedly luxury hotels in Greece). Hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they made several phone calls for us to various airlines/airports after our flight back to the States was cancelled. The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the metro, and only two stops from the city center. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Athens.

Close to the metro station, the staff were friendly and had good information for food and sights. The rooms was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Access to the facilities of sister hotel.

The swimming pool was in sister hotel which wasn't as convinient as being in the same building.
