The staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated quite close to Pireaus Port and a metro stop and is a good place to stay if you want to take a ferry to the islands. If you are just passing through Athens on your way to the islands, the hotel is ideal. However, if you are travelling alone and want to explore Athens, it may be better to choose a hotel closer to the Athens center. |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Real value for the money spent. I was offered transport to the harbour free of charge even if it was early morning. Thank you |

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to email questions about directions, shifted our reservation a day without charge when our flight was cancelled and were even cheery when we arrived at two in the morning. The room, breakfast, etc. were fine. And, for anyone visiting the Greek islands via ferries at Piraeus, it's very, very convenient and close. |

Awesome staff, very helpful. For some reason, there were tiny flies/bugs in the room that bit me while sleeping |

Close to the ferry port which is why we chose this hotel. Easy walk to the ferry. Directions to hotel not clear. Sounded easy, but streets are not marked and Greek spellings of names are not used in directions. Room was small, but fine for one night before taking the ferry to Santorini. |

The room design, style is beautiful, what a colourfully elegant pink room, it made me feel like it was prettier than my own bedroom at home! I like watching the TV. There could be more outlets at the eye level than way up in the ceiling. The shower stall is tiny, and the water was easy to flood all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom also had a window adjacent to a closet storage next door, that didn't feel safe when in the bathroom, there might be peek-a-boos. |

Staff are extremely helpful, experienced at dealing with foreign travellers; hotel is ideally located for transit to sea travel to islands from Athens airport via-Piraeus. Facilities are refreshingly simple and efficient. |

A very helpful and assuring manager (I think) and the same manner & attitude can be learnt by the rest of staff location - quite a walk from the metro station & size of room - small for family |

Located in the centre of Piraeus, the biggest Greek port, the hotel lies strategically close to the metro station, allowing easy access to all of Athens’s main monuments. |
