It's proximity to bus line and the port. Also, nice eating places are close by.

Wish breakfast was free or cheaper. A little worn at the edges but not enough to really matter. Both clerks-a.m. and p.m. We're very cordial. The morning clerk was especially nice.

Close to ferry terminals, plus free shuttle service if you bought breakfast €6 was excellent value.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom but it was not a big problem.

the man in the reception is so nice and also help us book the ferry tickets. And they can also send you to the sea port free. good breakfast. As to the room, it's clean but the facilities are too old. But in terms of the low price, the old facilities is not a big deal.

Easy access to island ferries and nearby metro to city. Area around hotel feels safe with a large supermarket three streets to the north east. Safe off street car parking.

Poor shower in room and outside, the one way streets that make it harder to drive to.

That's a fantastic experience living here. The staff is extremely friendly and warmhearted. If you have a breakfast, the boss can send you to the port. When we come back from Santorini, the boat is late for almost 1hour, he still wait for us. Even when we can't find the right gate and decide to go back to hotel by ourselves. He drives the car and find us in the street at midnight.. Must say sorry! So I totally recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and helpful personal..Everything was great.I definetly advise to staying at this hotel.I will stay at this Hotel again for my next Pireus visiting.The have a parking is the big advantage.

The room was very basic but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

How to find instructions excellent. Service relating to Greek Island ferries very good - they can get your tickets and arrange cheap (free with a 6 euro breakfast) transfers to ferry terminal. Room quiet clean and tidy.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Near port, I just arrived from Serifos in the afternoon and had a very early flight. Good breakfast.

Nothing ina hotel at this price level!

Pleasant and helpful staff with excellent English. Great variety in the breakfast buffet. Transport to the ferry provided as long as you purchased breakfast 5 euro. Ferry tickets arranged for a small fee. Room was large enough. Recommended taverna for meals was well priced and had excellent food, with English speaking staff a bonus. I am on a strict gluten free diet. No problems.

Location was perfect, friendly kind, lovely people who run the hotel. Willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was nice and it was fantastic having them take us right to our boat early in the morning. We loved our stay

only minus was the money was paid in advance this was the only hotel where we had to pay upfront so if for any reason you had to cancel you would loose your money.

Location is perfect when you have to take to boat for islands. This hotel is very clean, good value for money

Our room was old fashioned, you can easily hear everything that happens in the rooms close to yours...

The hotel is close to the port and has a private parking, convenient if you are taking the ferry the next morning. They have a travel agency and they reserved our ferry tickets in advance.

The room was very small and the bathroom door was broken. The triple room we reserved was actually a double room with a suplimentary bed, with no balcony, facing a wall. If you stay for one night can be convenient, but we changed the return reservation for unother hotel.

The staff were so helpful with directions and telling us the best way to get around Athens, nice breakfast for only €6 and they give you free transport to the ferry dock which is veryu handy at 6am in the morning.

Don't expect a view, but a beautiful renovated room was enough

The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner/staff was very noticeable. We as a family felt very safe and cared for in the hotel. We will recommend this lovely hotel to all our friends travelling to and from Hydra, Tahnkyou very much for being so sweet to us. Caroline

The room was really clean et neat.

The triple room was in fact a double room with an added bad bed, and that was really uncool ! The breakfast is unsavory (except for the yoghurt that is really fantastic).
