Air conditioning unit doesn't cool the room, the hotel personnel just told us that it's the way it is. Quality of breakfast is poor, orange juice tastes like diluted with water and sugar, bread is not fresh. In addition, the hotel personnel simply did not show the typical friendliness and helpliness in Greece. |

The location of the hotel is central so you can go almost anywhere on foot. The breakfast is good and the wireless internet is working fine. For parking i was supposed to pay 13 euro/day. I think because this hotel isn't the cheapest 3 stars hotel i ever stayed before parking should be included in the room price. Also the air conditioning system should work in a 3 star hotel ... |

The location is perfect for Thessaloniki - the restaurants and shopping places are very close. Too much noise from the street even during the night |

Very friendly and helpful reception desk and central location on bus-route, made for a relaxing week-end. Misunderstanding (language?) re parking, led to extra charges. |

It was good value overal for the modest rate, considering one only went there to sleep: a clean albeit cramped room and ok brekfast (they made an effort with quantity and variety although the quality of the hot food, meats and OJ was not too great). The room for 3 was very cramped and in a more generous hotel would have been merely a standard double. But as in above, fine if you just want a clean bed to sleep on and are out the rest of the time exploring. |

During my stay at the hotel in the room temperature was high and I am a cover in the course of the evening, use only blanket ticking. I was pleasantly surprised when I come to the evening in the room and saw that the maid instead of blanket ticking put a new sheet, blanket delay in the locker room and prepared whole room |

I liked the location of the hotel - very close to important city places and at the same time the room we've got was a quiet one, which was very important, even the view was acceptable. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the hospitality of the staff - very hospitable and kind and very professional at the same time. I think that the prices are fare enough for the quality we've got. No, I am very much satisfied. |
