The staff were very helpful indeed and were abe to help with any of my queries. The location is reat and you can walk around the city to see many of the main churches, the coastline and the white castle. The laundry service is private and too too long. I was desperate for clothes after already travelling for a week but they still took 48 hours to come back to me. |

Well positioned for both city centre and the train/bus station. Room was decent sized and quite comfortable with good views (was on 9th floor). Hotel had an old-fashioned, 1970s feel, although not in a bad way (possibly the predominance of brown/beige colour scheme). Staff were helpful and there was free internet with printer that worked! Aircon didn't work in my room, while some larger, more modern lifts would be preferable. |

The staff were polite and easy access to city center. clean rooms and toilets. No iron and board in the room.The first room we were given was looking on old building we requested to change the room and the hotel did change it to a better view. |
