Mary and the entire staff were excellent. Especially Mary who went out of her way to be helpfull. She was outstanding and went beyond her call of duty. Would definatley recomend Hotel London and stay there again. They could work alittle more on their Cable TV and have more english programming. |

The waiting staff were particularly friendly. The hotel is in a good location, although it faces a busy road and on-site parking is limited but there is parking along quiet side streets in the general vicinity of the hotel. The food offer was narrow but tasty. The evening food offer was too narrow - pasta and rice only some nights with no potatoes/chips. The breakfast offer was good. Food was not served piping hot, only lukewarm. The room was not spotlessly clean and we were supposed to have daily maid service which was missed 2/5 days. |

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and at the right time. Through ventilation in the bathroom sometimes came the cigarette smell. |

nice seaview from my room with balcony. Good breakfast buffet for a 3 star hotel with egs, bread, fresh fruits, yoghurt etc etc. if you open the window to sit on your balcony you hear the cars from the big street passing by. Windows closed it's all slilent but if you are sitting outside you cannot ignore them.... |

Only the girl from reception, i can not remember her name only her honey colour of eye, very polite and helpful. Terrible noise outside of the road eve that the double glass window did not help and inside the bedroom the minibar making a lot of noise. No english channel's. Very poor service by the waiters on dinner & breakfast no option at all. |

Staff friendliness Room very small with very poor furniture. Huge price (145 Euro for a single) in comparison with the standard of the hotel. |

The hotel is situated in Glyfada and it's about 300 m from the sea. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. It's about 10 minute walk(2 stations by tram) to the Glyfada center where you can find some very nice restaurants, shopping centers, etc.. It's a bit far from the main turistic attractions in Athens(30 stations to Syntagma Square by tram which you can take from very closely behind the hotel). The beach behind the hotel is a bit rocky(not a lot of sand). Also if you have the option, take sea view rooms. much better view and also much quieter than the street-facing rooms(very busy road in front of the hotel) |

Close to the beach and tram connection to central Athens, convenient location, close to the bus stop taking you to the airport (bus x96), lovely staff with very good command of English, nice breakfast with very convenient times (7.30-10.30) Rooms look different than advertised on the website, the main entrance and some balconies on a very busy road, but as long as you quickly realise that you can use a much quieter road behind the hotel, its fine. |

good hotel, hotel quality corresponds the hotel rates, it is not noisy as we read in some guest reviews. The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel has good location, in Glyfada district, not far from the hotel lies the city beach. You can reach the hotel from the airport going direct by the bus X96. It goes direct to the stop Glyfada 3. |

Staff were friendly and efficient and made an effort to speak good English and make one feel welcome. Facilities were good. Situation was perfect for my needs with easy access to trams into the city. Bed comfortable. Bathroom nice and new. A good "no-frills" stay at a great price. Aircon worked like magic. Water in the shower was not very warm, but that was OK for this time of the year. Thought that street noise was a problem, but once the double glazing windows and doors were shut, the noise was minimal. |

Unfortunately, did not like anything about this hotel Disliked everything about the hotel. As soon as we walked into our room it had a horrible smell. Depressing atmosphere in the dining area. Dinner was awful. I'm too polite to give a description of the meal. Breakfast was just about acceptable. We booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1. We just had to get out !!! sorry. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Good security. Near excellent shopping centre. The location in a nice residential area. Cobwebs under the beds after three days which remained for the rest of the period. |

The staff was very helpful and informative. The buffet breakfast was good. The tv in the room was broken, as was the patio door to the balcony. Also, the staff said they would ensure an allgergy-free meal would be prepared prior to our early departure to the airport and this was not done. |

The reception staff/management were very helpful and sympathetic. They were invaluable in helping us renew our passports which had been stolen. They contacted the police station and the British Embassy; allowed us to use their phone, fax and e-mail etc. Lovely people! |

Close to the public beach, relatively close to the center of Glyfada, close to the tram station. Breakfast ok. We had a room looking to the beach side of the hotel so it was quiet as well. Room cleaned every day but the sheets were changed only once during two week stay. Staff were really helpful. Hotel doesn't have a parking but there is a lot of parking space around the hotel. Dinner is not so good for people who don't eat pork, lamb etc., although we had chicken quite a lot. Dinner choice quite boring. There was a smell in the bathroom which is unfortunate since it was clean. |
