Plaza Vouliagmeni Strand Hotel  

A very good standard hotel in a good location, walking distance from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a great sea view from the balcony.

Pet friendly, easy parking on thé street, large room, lovely terrace, great view and good breakfast.

Breakfast and the seaside was fantastic.

The price was to high for that room,and for 5 stars hotel.The bed was big but it wasn't so good so I had a neck problem in the day after.It was a similar 30 to 40 euros hotel,but the price is double....So I wouldn't chooseit again.Didn't recommend that the hotel wasn't have parking...really bad.

The hotel is located in Vouliagmeni which is a great residential area in Athens - moreover this hotel is right off a couple of very nice beaches (2 mins walking distance to the first one and a 5 mins walk to a more elegant and expensive beach). The value for money here was good, I paid 85 eur per night off season, which is reasonable given that generally Vouliagmeni is a very expensive area.

Staff in the hotel was kind but somehow careless with following up on simple requests - E.G. the hairdryer in my room wasn't working properly, I've asked one of the hotel reps at the reception to change it, he told me that was not a problem. The next day I noticed the hairdryer was still not repaired or replaced, I've asked the same receptionist to follow this up, he said he would do it (but he did not) - So the following day, I asked a different receptionist to help me resolving this issue, she said this would have been taken care of the next day - obviously nobody followed this up and finally the hairdryer was never replaced. Ultimately, I would not even mind if they could not fix the problem within 3 days, so long they had the courtesy to inform me they couldn't solve the issue and offer me with an alternative - E.g change rooms - but nobody really cared. Disappointing level of service.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to facilitate us.

While perfectly clean, and everything functioned, some areas of the hotel would benefit from re-decoration.

Good breakfast and good location to the beach in Athens

Quiet location close to the 2 Vougliameni beaches. Easy to reach by public transport: tram from Athens Syntagma up to Voula, then bus. Good solution for a short beach stay between ferry and plane/bus.

Extremely high charges for phone calls from hotel rooms (at least 10times more than from a public phone).

Reasonabilly located, but thats it I.m afraid

Rooms are old and havs no facilities, 1 pillow is not sufficient for an adult and the lifts are slow to say the least

Good location, there are some free and private beaches near the hotel, breakfast is not bad

In the plus side. The breakfast was exellent in a really nice setting. When I arrived to the hotel the internet was not working but I complained and they fixed it right away.

It is a nice hotel with few incoviniences. The elevator is very small. The parking lot is small and far away from the hotel. The TV in the room is very old a did not work properly.

Excellent location, near beach, Voulagmeni lake, Glyfada, Athens. Good view, silence place

Дороговаттто. Вокруг недешевые рестораны, по выходным большие толпы местных.
