A recently restored traditional house. Situated close to the Venetian Castle, on the peak of the cliff, overlooking the Caldera and Volcano in Oia village.
A short walking distance from village Main Street where all shops, restaurants and cafes are, yet in a quiet area.
"House Nicoletta" is a two stories house partly carved out of the volcanic rock. Each floor is separated into two rooms in the traditional Santorini style by a wall with a door and three interior windows. The rooms in the back are purely bedrooms, the ones in the front are sitting rooms, and nevertheless they can also accommodate two persons.
The fully equipped kitchen is at the ground floor where there is also a little courtyard with the main door.
The upper floor has a kitchenette, a lovely small veranda from where one enjoys the best view over the Caldera, and a separate side entrance. Each floor can be rented separately.
The house can accommodate from 4 to 8 persons, that it to say from 2 to 4 persons per apartment. Daily cleaning.
