It is a nice hotel, but more a good 4****, not a 5*****. It was cold and no heating in the room.

Rooms are large; free wifi internet; good selection for breakfast; shuttle bus to/from city center and to/from airport Although we had confirmation of reservation made via www.booking.com , the reservation was not in their system. But they had available room, so this problem was solved. Next thing is the shuttle bus. On the return from the city I had to call the hotel and check if the shuttle bus is coming since it was late 20 minutes. I had to wait in front of the White tower where a lot of "strange" people are constantly bothering evryone and trying to sell some things and it was not pleasant expirience for me.

We had a 0700 flight out of the Thessaloniki Airport. The Regency is conveniently close to the airport, while being extremely comfortable and providing an excellent (although pricey) restaurant. The coordinates their website provides are not for the hotel, but rather, for their casino that is about one mile away. There are signs that lead to the hotel, but they are small, and difficult to make out in the dark.

Luxury environment with extremely clean rooms.The staff is very professional and kind in the same time. We had a real break for such a short time enjoying the hospitality and beautiful surroundings. The food is very delicious and we enjoyed it on the terrace with the amazing garden view.

The outside pool is perfect. The whole resort ambient is beautiful. Large rooms. Very quiet. It is not so far to Thessaloniki. Excellent place for relaxation.

- Very spacious room with fantastic bathroom and really huge bed! - Breakfast: simply amazing! - Excellent value-for-money choice. - Nice gardens and pools. - As newly weds, we had very nice welcome: champagne with strawberries and chocolate. There was no nutella for breakfast...;)

Все в этом отеле - супер! Чистота, доброжелательность персонала, чудная территория (кипарисы, парк, зелень), оборудование в номере, начиная с сантехники, заканчивая качеством постельного белья и телевизора выше всяких похвал. Попробовали кухню отеля - тоже супер! Близость к аэропорту (для нас это было важно), бесплатный трансфер - вежливо и без нареканий. Очень рекомендуем!

Vi var på rejse med vore voksne børn og et barnebarn på 5 år, og valgte sidste overbnatning tæt på lufthavnen. sengene er fantatiske og værelset dejligt, morgenmaden var fantastisk godt. Vi fik íkke et deluxe værrelse mem en alm. dobbelt. som altså var meget godt. Der var meget service, som kuffert kørt til værelset dette er dejligt men stiller os i det dilemma om der forventes drikke penge, hotellet var meget dyrt og vi konkluderede at servicen var betalt med værelset, men vi er ikke sikre.

At a very convenient distance from the airport, nice rooms. My room was really far away from the reception and nobody took care to a accompany/walk me to the room, as in a such high level hotel should be. Breakfast not extremely rich. Hotel is not easy to find and to get there you must cross a crossroad which is pretty dangerous. Room (which was nice but some old looking) was not so clean and pillows smells some.

Väldigt stort hotellområde och bra frukost. Rummen var inte i det skick jag förväntat mig för ett hotell i den prisklassen. Har bott på billigare och bättre. Dålig påfyllning av frukostbuffén.

πολυτελή και άνετα δωμάτια, εξαιρετικό service και πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. η διακόσμηση είναι άψογα επιμελημένη και οι υπηρεσίες του spa μοναδικές. είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.

εντυπωσιαζει ο περιβαλλον χωρος .τα δωματια ειναι μεγαλα,πεντακαθαρα και ανετα .το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο .δυστυχως μειναμε μονο ενα βραδυ αλλα και την επονεμη φορα που θα επισκεφθουμε την πολη θα ξαναμεινουμε στο ιδιο ξενοδοχειο

“I travelled in Thessaloniki for business and I found this hotel ideal for business trips. All the rooms have internet access for free, so I would work in the comfort of my room, which was quite spacious and warm, very clean and the bathroom was just excellent. The bath tab was large, the amenities plenty. The hotel staff, more than proficient, is very helpful, and when I ordered my dinner in the room they did not charge me room service!
