The hotel is built on a hill so the view from the room windows is amazing, also rooms are spacious, always cleaned. Also we liked the food and the location of hotel is very good, it's close to the main city of the island so it was really easy to reach it because there are public buses going every 15 min and it takes only about 10 min to go there.

The main problem of this hotel is it's stuff, especially people serving at the restaurant, most of whom were not very nice, you had to wait until they will bring flatware, drinks, sometimes they even had forgotten what did you ask for, it seemed that they are not trying to work good (of course not all of them). Because of the stuff I would give to this hotel no more than 4 stars and I think the price of the rooms, according to this, is too high. Also hotel doesn't offer a lot of entertainments, especially in the evening, when there was always playing and singing same guy.

Very clean and impressive, well organized, nice set-up with swimming pools, not too far by bike. A recommended place!

Too much noise from air conditioning units. All day and night!!!

This hotel is relatively sillent despite the many rooms. Nice views from roof platforms. Rich choice of what to eat and when to eat.

Noisy air condition at the unserviced lounge next to the main entrance. No free banks to sit in the shadow outside the buildings. The deployment of sun beds on the beach too dense and sea entry uncomfortable.

maybe was a little bit noisy at night time (young Italian neighbours:) next, dry breakfast only for 'all inclusive' guests but not for HB guests (when u early morning go to a tour). But paid for this both. So why only AI guests??? we didnt understand... generally was OK holidays. thanks!

The cleanliness of this whole resort and hotel is fantastic. Rooms are extremely spacious and incredibly quiet even though hotel has two entertainment areas until late at night. The main road traffic in front of the hotel is not heard at all due to its beautiful location on the hill which also adds to the amazing views from the rooms. Food was amazing and caters to everyone's needs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pool side gets incredibly busy when hotel is full but one can get away to the sea, just down the hill. More signs are needed around the pool indicating the children's pool from the adult's one although it is clearly stated in the hotel information booklets in the rooms. Strong sulphur smell in the rooms once or twice day, lasting several minutes which is very unpleasant which the hotel needs to inform its patrons about if it is coming from outside and/or through the air-conditioning. The staff was very accommodating in trying to figure out where it was coming from though.

Staff excelent. Charged me only 2e too much for wine by incident but offered me free dinner ala carte for 2. Very friendly.

At check in the service was a bit cold

Great views, nice and clean pool area. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets, HB good value for money. Generally we're very satisfied with our stay.

Small bathrooms, terrible beds - rock hard. I never can understand why hotels save on the most important piece of furniture. No wifi othern than in the lobby area. It's 2011, not that complicated to wire a hotel anymore.

Ho soggiornato fuori stagione e l'hotel non aveva l'impianto di riscaldamento attivo.

Store og gode rom. God mat med stort utvalg. Rolige omgivelser. Nærhet til by. Rent og stilig. Mulighet for trening og avslapping.

Måtte klage tre-fire ganger for å få rettet opp feil med aircondition. Dette burde ikke være nødvendig på et hotell med denne standarden.
