The hotel is built on a hill so the view from the room windows is amazing, also rooms are spacious, always cleaned. Also we liked the food and the location of hotel is very good, it's close to the main city of the island so it was really easy to reach it because there are public buses going every 15 min and it takes only about 10 min to go there.

The main problem of this hotel is it's stuff, especially people serving at the restaurant, most of whom were not very nice, you had to wait until they will bring flatware, drinks, sometimes they even had forgotten what did you ask for, it seemed that they are not trying to work good (of course not all of them). Because of the stuff I would give to this hotel no more than 4 stars and I think the price of the rooms, according to this, is too high. Also hotel doesn't offer a lot of entertainments, especially in the evening, when there was always playing and singing same guy.

Too much noise from air conditioning units. All day and night!!!

The Internet connection deserves improvement - connection only in the loby, too slow and many bugs during connection. Air condition in the loby should be improved

The cleanliness of this whole resort and hotel is fantastic. Rooms are extremely spacious and incredibly quiet even though hotel has two entertainment areas until late at night. The main road traffic in front of the hotel is not heard at all due to its beautiful location on the hill which also adds to the amazing views from the rooms. Food was amazing and caters to everyone's needs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pool side gets incredibly busy when hotel is full but one can get away to the sea, just down the hill. More signs are needed around the pool indicating the children's pool from the adult's one although it is clearly stated in the hotel information booklets in the rooms. Strong sulphur smell in the rooms once or twice day, lasting several minutes which is very unpleasant which the hotel needs to inform its patrons about if it is coming from outside and/or through the air-conditioning. The staff was very accommodating in trying to figure out where it was coming from though.

Staff excelent. Charged me only 2e too much for wine by incident but offered me free dinner ala carte for 2. Very friendly.

At check in the service was a bit cold

Ho soggiornato fuori stagione e l'hotel non aveva l'impianto di riscaldamento attivo.

Atostogoms su mazameciais vaikais puikus pasirinkimas. Kambariai erdvus, matomi is viesbucio vaizdai uzburiantys, vaiku zaidimo kambarys pritaikytas nuo 1 iki 10 metu vaikams. Pusryciai pritaikyti ivairiems skoniams. Iki miesto Kos ejome pesciomis su vezimeliu arba vaziavome autobusu. Stotele yra prie pat viesbucio. Automobiliu, keturaciu, dviraciu (ir vaikisku) nuoma salia. Netoliese yra ir kelioniu agenturos, siulancios ivairiausias ekskursijas. Iki Turkijos Bodrumo kurorto 15 min laivu.

Schoon, overzichtelijk, prachtig uitzicht, niet te groot complex

μου άρεσε η εξαιρετική καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου, η προθυμία και εξυπηρετικότητα του προσωπικού και η άνεση των χώρων.

νομίζω ότι θα πρέπει να γίνει ανακαίνιση τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, καθώς η διακόσμηση είναι ντεμοντέ. επίσης θα πρέπει να εξοπλίσουν όλους τους χώρους με ασύρματο δίκτυο πρόσβασης στο Internet και ιδιαιτέρως τα δωμάτια. νομίζω ότι είναι πλέον απαράδεκτο ξενοδοχείο αυτού του μεγέθους να μην διαθέτει free wi-fi στα δωμάτια των επισκεπτών.

Manager),besonderes Lob an Vasili im Speisesaal, ausreichend Personal mit (guten) deutschkentnissen; # Arzt war bei uns innerhalb von 20 min. im Hotel (am Tag); # schöne, helle, großräumige und saubere Zimmer; # nach meiner Meihnung auch gut für Kinder und Jugendliche geeignet, wir waren allerdings noch nie in der Schulferienzeit im Hotel; # nach unserer Meinung liegt das Hotel in der besten Lage für einen "Aktivurlaub" (wir sind jeden Tag mit dem Fahrad unterwegs); # unser dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel wird garantiert nicht der letzte gewesen sein!

für uns gibt es absolut nichts was sich zum Aufregen oder einer Reklamtion lohnt. Einzig dass Essen würde ich von 9 auf 8 zurückstufen (1=schlecht-10 =top).
