Score from 93 reviews Excellent
The location is great, it offers a magnificent view over the whole town, the port and the sea, it is very relaxing place, the stuff was really friendly and helpfull! We had a lovely time here
Great location, stunning views, go for a 3 bed room to get the sea view balcony and space in the room. Good terrace to sit on.
Wifi is a bit patchy, furnishings old fashioned but that's also quaint.
The facilities and the staffs are good. The location is near the old port.
The breakfast is a little expensive. The wifi can't connect in my room.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a free room upgrade and complimentary drinks on arrival! Fantastic location with amazing views. Safe area. Rooms are neat and clean.
Wifi was free but a bit unreliable.
Staff very polite and helpful, really amazing. Very clean hotel. Best view of Mykonos and best room No.18 for 3 persons with the cutest terrace
I read some reviews about the hill that it's exhausting, even though we had a car we were going by foot to the city few times, it's very close, like 5 minutes and not big of a deal unless you are 80 years old. And car is must have on Mykonos, hotel provides this service and a guy from NAScar is also amazing, so polite and helpful. People on Mykonos are really the best!
The roof view is amasing
The room was a dark small hole Very noisy and hot The bathroom was really old, not cortain in the shower, and the toilet chain was broken The guy at the front desk was rude, really unpleasant and not helpfull at all We asked for a twin room when we did the reservation and they gave as a double one.
Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great location.
That steep hill but was worthing the amazing view
Walking distance from the city centre and from some markets. Amazing view from the terrace and lovely common area out of the rooms. The room was not so big but well equipped with all the optional and clean. The Ibiscus's manager was very thoughtful and always kind.
The viewing from the hotel is just amazing, situated on the top of the hill you can see the city, the port and even Tinos! rooms are basic but there is everything needed, just some lights werent working. ive been there just one night so not much to say, but it seemed to be a nice place for vacations.
the trasfer to the airoport...usually it is free but in August it is extremely pricy for 5 mins journey
The location and views from the room are great. The staff is friendly and professional. It has an address something not very common in Mykonos
Stavros (receptionist) was very very helpful- Took glass out of both feet (medic), took me to my gfs hotel 15min away when i didn't know the way (taxi) and was helpful in nearly everything we asked. It has a great view of Mykonos town from anywhere in the hotel.
-Wifi didn't work in my room. Had to keep going outside to find a location that worked -If you don't have a scooter or quad it might be a bit of a steep hill come back up from town
Extremely small room, not really good location, no space to take a shower, no air con, extremely expensive for what they offer, the room was not the same as the pictures.
Kadri is very friendly and can help you for anything that you want. City Center is 7-8 minutes by walk. The hotel has a nice view. Value for money.
Port and town view
Dark room and small bathroom
The Staff were so helpful, friendly and corporative with us . One of our friends got sick and the staff took care of him and kept check if he need any help and medication.
The bed is painful to sleep.
Friendly and genuine staff, helpful in any way possible.
The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but mostly because of the nature of the island
The owner of this hotel is the only one in the island to make customers pay for transfer upon arrival. It could eventually be fine if the driver wasn't more than 1/2h late. When we made the observation, the owner of the hotel became extremely aggressive, even threatening to put us out of the room ! It is also the only hotel were no mineral water is proposed in the room (tap water is not drinkable on the island) ! The rooms are old. Finally, they were not even able to edit a proper invoice. I would strongly recommend to delete this hotel from your listing. It is the only one were we had such issues during our entire trip in the Cyclades.
What did we like? Everything! We arrived late after a 12 hour flight delay and were very kindly picked up from the airport and taken straight up to a wonderful room, with balcony, just in time for the best view of the sunset on the Island. I cannot recommend the hotel and it's staff enough. Very kind, friendly, accommodating, helpful... Perfect! Breakfast was a little less extraordinary than the rest but still great value, and certainly not disappointing. I will definitely come again if I ever return to Mykonos.
The staff were some of the most helpful of our whole trip. The cleanliness was one of the best of all the four islands we stayed at. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer as it was so relaxing and quiet with an unbelievable view off the balcony. Good job and well done.
Great roof terrace for all guests to enjoy, probably one of best views in Mykonos, great breakfast especially as no charge for children, good transfer service and no charge
Short of a bed for one of our children even though booked, no terrace or balcony with room, room a little small
Reception are very friendly, very comfortable stay . =)
Good value. Clean and spacious room. Good location - close to town. Friendly service.
We really liked the hotel owner, he was very nice and very helpful. Also, the hotel has a great view.
We were a bit surprised by the steep road we had to walk to get from Mykonos-town to the hotel. But after a while you will get used to it.
Helpful friendly staff , great view from the balcony of mykonos town
It's a five minute walk up a steep hill .. for those who struggle to walk this maybe difficult .. for all others it's worth it for the view
