Lack of folding space on the balcony, mosquito net corrupted the balcony door.

Nice position of the hotel, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, delicious things for breakfast, 5 minutes to the beach Voltos, 30 minutes walk to the city, private parking, quiet environment.

Be prepared for mosquitos!

We liked everything ,a nice cosy family hotel with a very nice family.The homemade breakfast was great . If we go back to Parga we are going to book Ideal House.

Everything was ok, all staff friendly, special thanks to Cristina for helping us with advices to better manage our stay on Parga! We reccomand this location!

Hotel is on 10 min walk to the beach.

Stopped in this hotel for 4 nights. Removed apartments with two bedrooms and kitchen. The only thing that in number good is a furniture and a ware set. Good beach with paid chaise lounges and a set of cafe.

First, location of hotel doesn't correspond to the declared. To a beach to go minutes 10-15, or on the dusty road and the sun with infinite mopeds and cars. Or a track through hotbeds and gardens. To the city of Pargi by a taxi of 7 mines, but on foot through a beach and the mountain of 45-60 minutes. Gardens round hotel are the someone's olive trees fenced with a barbed wire and huge hotbeds. Mosquitoes let's sit on a balcony and 10 minutes. A window in number to open because of them it is impossible. The conditioner in number only one over a bed of the most distant room. One freeze, others in an adjacent room choke. It doesn't consult, therefore in all other rooms of heat and there is nothing to breathe. But the most awful - a constant stench in a bathroom from a sewer drain opening. Owners of hotel suit a noisy sit-round gathering with the relatives and friends near the lodge near an entrance in hotel. And wi-fi is a myth. It practically doesn't work. A signal very weak on all territory and only in a pevy half of day. I advise to nobody to stop in this hotel.

The owner and his familly made our stay like comming to visit some friends. The rooms were very clean and nice furnished with all you need for self-catering. We left the place being sorry that our stay was over so soon. Thank you Nikos for all, thank your mother for the wonderfull baclava and pie and thank your sister for the sun dried tomatoes!

Ideal house hotel was an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the hotel´s atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for all who want a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings.

The whole hotel staff was always friedly and ready to help. The fact that this is a family business also is a plus. I felt as if I was part of it, not a regular traveller. The hotel is surrounded by a very big garden full of high trees, away from the street noise, but still 5 min from the Valtos beach and 10 min from city center. The room is big, having a small kichinnete fully equiped and a big terrace for each room. The rooms are kept spotless clean. They are daily cleaned. The towels are changed every 2 days. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended our stay 2 times before leaving...

Great and clean hotel, great family, close to beach, and Parga downtown.....

- route to hotel is clearly marked on several places - good breakfast - friendly owners/staff - apartment was cleaned daily - fully equiped kitchen - great balcony - internet was fast with easy acces (they had new router installed :) ) - tucked in in olive garden with no noise - cute little dog :)

- just few greek channels on tv - acces to hotel is through olive garden (no asphalt) and parking is below olive trees (good for shade, bad for dirt from trees)..

Below is the English text. Συμπληρώνουμε το ερωτηματολόγιο του booking.com μιας που κανένας από το ξενοδοχείο δεν μπήκε στον κόπο να μας ρωτήσει αν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν είναι αυτό που διαφημίζουν και φυσικά δεν θα ξαναπάμε ούτε θα το συστήσουμε. Καταρχάς δεν μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο 3 ενηλίκων που είχαμε κλείσει, και δεν μας το άλλαξαν παρά το αίτημά μας. Σύμφωνα με τις φωτογραφίες που έχουν αναρτήσει στο site του booking.com μας έδωσαν ένα δωμάτιο 2 ενηλίκων - όπως μπορεί να φανεί και από τις δικές μας φωτογραφίες. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν το Νο 2, στο ισόγειο. Ακούγαμε όλους τους ήχους της ύδρευσης και της αποχέτευσης από τους πάνω ορόφους και τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα μας ήταν ο χώρος του πρωινού, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε κάθε πρωί από τις 8.30 από τη φασαρία που γινόταν αναπόφευκτα. Στην τουαλέτα η συσκευή με το υγρό σαπούνι χεριών ήταν χαλασμένη και το σαπούνι άδειαζε στο πάτωμα με κίνδυνο να γλιστρήσουμε. Η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια. Το φως της τουαλέτας ήταν χαλασμένο όταν πήγαμε. Το έφτιαξαν προσωρινά, αλλά την τέταρτη νύχτα χάλασε εντελώς και πηγαίναμε στην τουαλέτα με φακό. Σίτες στα παράθυρα είτε δεν υπήρχαν είτε ήταν σκισμένες. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριας ποιότητας, χωρίς ποικιλία και δεδομένου ότι ορισμένες πιατέλες έμεναν ακάλυπτες, κάθονταν μύγες πάνω στα τρόφιμα. Η άποψή μας είναι ότι το booking.com χάνει σε αξιοπιστία μέσα από τέτοιες συνεργασίες. We fill in the questionnaire of booking.com since no one from the hotel bothered to ask us if we were satisfied. In short, the hotel is not what they advertise and of course will not go back nor recommend it. Firstly we did not have the 3-adults-room that we had booked, and they did not change it despite our request. They gave us a 2-adults-room, as it is obvious in the photographs posted on the site of booking.com and it can be cross-checked with our photographs. Our room was No. 2 on the ground floor.

ενα παρα πολυ ομορφομ ξενοδοχειο μεσα στη φυση,διπλα στην παραλια του βαλτου (ενα λεπτο με το αμαξι) και (7 λεπτα με τα ποδια).....τα δωματια του 4 οροφου ειναι μοναδικα,το κουραστηκω αν μη τι αλλο ανεβασμα των σκαλιων σε ανταμειβη με μια σουιτα η μαλλον με ενα σπιτι που θα ηθελες να ειχες δικο σου,θα ξανα πηγαινα σιγουρα,3 λεπτα με τ αμαξι απο την πολη της παργας,καλοι οι ανθρωποι του,και ευγενικοι,λιγο καλυτερο πρωινο μονο.

Personle cordiale, la struttura è a circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Valdos. I mini appartamenti sono ben attrezzati e puliti giornalmente. Un elogio và alla proprietaria per la cordialità e cortesia.
