The staff was very sweet and helpful, and the room was just as lovely as they showed it on the web site. The jacuzzi was also quite wonderful. The jacuzzi leaked a little and the floor in the bathroom took a long time to dry out after a shower. It just needs a little better ventilation. |

The room was uniquely furnished and had quite a bit of character. A fine location in the Venetian Quarter. The front desk staff could not handle a couple of very simple requests. Without going into detail, personal service and pleasing the guest did not exist. I will likely go to a different hotel the next time I'm there based on the staff's inability to help me. |

Our 1night stay was a gift for my husband during our vacation in Crete, and it proved to be a very nice gift: relaxing jacuzzi, very nice room finishings, excellent location right in the centre of Chania port area, a very romantic choice Lift was not available, 2floors can be quite challenging with big luggages |

This hotel was a perfect location in Chania. It was nice not to be directly on the waterfront and the room itself had a romantic feel. The whirlpool bath was a bonus. |

The room's design was cool. The location is right in the old city on a very pitoresque street, so very close to all city atractions. The parking place is close, but is overcrowded, so it is very hard to park legally. |

Stunning room, wonderful jaccuzi, lovely view. "fire water " and wine on arrival in room very nice touch. The bed was very uncomfortable! And it was quite noisey from the other guests unfortunately. No balcony to sit outide. |

The room was very clean. The Jacuzzi in the roo. The location of the hotel was stunning, right in the old harbour, in the charming back streets. The guy that met us was extremley friendly, showing us a few rooms sould pick what view we wanted and what type of bed. The pillows were very hard and the shower had no curtain, not such a big deal, but the bathroom got very wet! |

The location was great, right in the old harbour. The view of the old harbour town streets from our balcony was a picture & the room itself had great character & charm which added that extra classical feel about the whole place. Very friendly people. Only one thing really. The stairs leading up to the room was a set of spiral stairs & very narrow ones at that. Lugging our suitcases up to the room was a bit difficult, also was a bit of an obstacle to climb after a few drinks but it did add to the character of the place. |

I like the incredible charm of the bedroom, the fact that they look like a little apartment, the hydro massage in the "middle" of the room, the old venetian style that reflects the Old Town so much, the kindness of the staff always keen to help you. Well I loved it, it is like you are in a palace bedroom but with simplicity. |

the old city of xhania.. it was right there infornt.. there is also the walking through it that i liked a lot..a lot to see and also place where u can relax and have a drink.. and a very good service on the hotel also. |
