Great location in the old part of the city, close to the harbour and with parking a short walk away. Lovely old building renovated to a good standard with lots of charm and character retained.

This place could be really great if a few things were attended to. We booked a luxury suite which although it might technically qualify as a suite was not luxurious. The pillows (only two) were like bricks, the sheets were tired and thin and way too small for the bed which made for an uncomfortable night. There are no hand towels supplied, just two small worn bath towels and two very tired bath robes. No water glasses were provided, just a couple of wine glasses and two tiny raki shot gasses (plus left over alcohol from previous guests), the lighing in the room was poor with insufficien light to read in the sitting area. The water pressure was very poor and there was only a hand held shower head in the tiny shower with no wall hook - this made it very difficult to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. Our room was onthe top floor up several flights of very treacherous narrow stairs - a nightmare if you have heavy suitcases. The spa bath in the room was a nice touch, but the low water pressure meant it took forever to fill. Only one thin blanket supplied even though it had turned old, no toiletries other than a tiny bar of soap.

The rooms at Ifigenia were amazing and the hotel's location in Old Town Hania was perfect. The service of the staff, the decor of the room, and the ammenities offered all exceeded both mine and my wife's expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple that is looking for a romantic suite.

i stayed in ifigenia in a traditional studios, the studios was very romantic ,very nice design and very charming the location was very good because the studios was very quiet and in 30m you was in the sea and in the restaurants etc...the stuff and the owner was very helpful,next time i will book suite....

τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένα.μας εκαναν check-in 2ωρες νωρίτερα απο την αναγραφόμενη ώρα.οι άνθρωποι που απαρτίζουν αυτή την επιχείρηση είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί,φιλόξενοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να ικανοποιήσουν τα αιτήματα μας.

υπαρχουν κάποια προβλήματα συντήρησης στο μπάνιο.

La situation de cet hôtel dans la vieille ville est assez extraordinaire. Dépaysement assuré (y compris le chant du coq le matin !). La rue était très calme et jolie.

Le lit grinçait. L'équipement ménager était un peu restreint.

La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. Le charme de la chambre avec son mobilier typique ainsi que la mise à disposition d'une kitchenette, permettant une certaine autonomie. Et enfin, l'emplacement géographique de l'établissement dans la vieille ville de Chania, permettant de se rendre à pied jusque la plage et à proximité immédiate du port.

Problème d'équipement au niveau de la douche et du lit. Chania vit nocturne, donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit!

Chambre romantique avec lit baldaquin et jacuzzi dans la chambre situé près du port dans les rues piétonnes de La Canée. Bonne adresse pour un séjour romantique.

L'accueil était vraiment parfait. Le personnel se coupe en 4 pour vous satisfaire. La localisation est idéale (peu de passage dans la rue, situé dans le centre historique, ...)

La propreté moyenne et l'humidité qui règne dans la salle de bain (traces de moisissure, baignoire usée, ...).
