The proximity to the port; it was a little more than 5 minutes on foot from it. The fact that it was not situated directly on the road; you passed through an alley (about a minute walk or so) to get to Ilias Place. While we arrived at about 11:00, before check in time, we were allowed to go to the room as it was already ready. The room was spacious enough for another bed at an extra charge of 20%. My sister, who arrived on 30 July and left on the same day as me and our brother but on another ship later in the day, she was allowed to stay to another room after the check out time without additional charge. For its price, 50 euros per day (I've booked it from 28 July - 02 August 2012) I would expect a kitchenette. The room had a small fridge. You couldn't stay in the small balcony (two chairs and a small table) without being fried by the sun.

Very basic facilities. Owners werent helpful regarding basic questions about where to go in the island. We saw them only once.
