- walking distance to the center and the central railway station, friendly staff, high ceilings, balcony, excellent wi-fi;

- extremely noisy, carpet was very dirty and needs replacement, breakfast was not very rich, but enough;

Friendly staff and good location in the 'old' part of town. All the attractions can be visited on foot.

There is a disco, nothing to do with the hote, which runs between 2am and 6am. It would affect all the hotels in the area.

The twin room was clean and comfortable with sufficient space for 2 people.

The breakfast was VERY poor and no-one cared to renew the things that ran out. As a result, there was almost nothing to eat when we visited the buffet at 9.30 (breakfast was supposed to be served until 10.30). Also, the shower is really small for an adult to fit.

The place which this hotel located is very good. It is near for almost everything!!! Near to shops for shopping,near to cafeterias,taverns,sights,bus stop,train railway and much more. It is a very clean hotel with the best stuff . They are friendly and they can help you for everything. I recommend this hotel 100% .

Definatelly good value for money. Location is good. Rooms look like they are recently renovated (it doesn't mean they are luxurious). But, not all rooms are same size,room on the 4th floor was bigger then room on the 1st floor. One man on the reception speaks Serbian.

On the 1st floor can be loud if you open the window / balcony and if your room is oriented to the Egnatia, like our.

Brilliant little hotel in the heart of thessaloniki. Room was comfy and clean with brilliant views. Loved it!!

The room could be noisy with reception phone ringing and could hear the toilet flushing in the room above usually the noise would be at 4am and could disturb a light sleeper.

It was easy to find ,well located, the view was excelent.

Decent hotel with helpful staff. We were traveling on to Istanbul and used it as a stopover. Good location, safe and many nearby restaurants. Starbucks across the street, upper floor very comfortable.

Great location with easy acces from the airport by bus . Good breakfast. Great place to stay for short trip .

- Poor poor breakfast - Dirty-looking toilets and bathroom, you can't tell if things are dirty or just old. In any case, not pleasant. - Very small bathroom. You can't even entirely open the toilet door, just half! - No shower curtain. Everywhere gets wet if you take a shower!

Inadequate air conditioning

Everything was horrible. Starting with the red carpet on the floor which was old and uncleaned ( I think from the last cleaning has been too many year ago), the water from the shower cranks out, the bathroom beak was not working( we have found some hair who blocked the beak-yeahhh) , the toilet closet was with mouldy stains on the back side, the curtains were broken with big stains, no parking and we should rent one for 10 euro per night. The breakfast was slight( was just to say it was.... ) the dishes were old and the glasses weren't so clean. I also make some photos to attached to this comment but I don't know were to do insert them. They don't have a field where to attach photos!

small, nice and cozy hotel in the heart of the city center ! Free wi-fi, clean and air conditioned room, clean bathroom and breakfast included for the reasonable price. Pleasant and helpfull reception personnel ! I highly recommend this hotel.

Small bathroom, small room, small tv, small elevator :P For me being two meters tall, the first impression about the hotel was that it was built for small people :)

It was renovated but the carpets where not changed so they were dirty (look like oil stains).... Also my room smelled smoke (i quess the previous customer was smoking in it). BUT i left the window open 24/7 for 3 days and NO CHANGE....

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as Egnatias road was near everything (shops, restaurants etc). The price was also good.

The sheets on our bed were dirty and they forgot to put us soap and shampoo. The carpet was also old and dirty. Hair dryer would also be a good addition.
