Sheraton Rhodes Resort    

Exceptional WOW Factor given scale and location with brilliant views across the sea to Turkey. Facilities were top rate with quality Gym and range of pools with private beach acess.

Took a little time to get bearings given the different levels.

The bus stop was outside the hotel. Regular bus service which took approx 15 minutes to city centre. Own private beach. Taxis heading into centre would stop and offer to drive to the city centre for 5 Euro for two people. Cost of bus 4.20 for two people. I would definitely return to this resort.

to have a silent place to relax out of the hot old city. we could rest perfect in the hotel. very good beds! and service.

dinner in italien restaurant was not good.

value for money, but unfortunately hotel next door was always playing excessively loud music. Not what people who are staying at a Five star hotel should have to listen to.

The Sheraton is perfect for a family holiday. We travelled with a young child and a teenager and we all very much enjoyed our stay.The staff could not do enough for us. The food was excellent in the restaurants and poolside areas. Breakfast was extremely good with a huge variety of choice, from freshly cooked omelettes to all greek specialities as well as the usual cereals, fruit and English style breakfast. Our room was sufficient and clean with maid service daily.Location was convenient,20 minutes from Rhodes town,45 minutes from Lindos and just half an hour from the airport. I would definitely recommend Sheraton Rhodes Resort to families or couples.

The only thing I would comment on is that the family rooms are to the back of the hotel, facing the mountain. There was no sun onto our balcony which kept the room rather dark. We would have loved to have been front facing but it did not spoil our holiday and is just a minor comment.

The hotel is very comfortaBLE, the staff very welcoming, the location of the hotel was fine and the beach and the view was marvelous.

I was very much surrprised when we ordered for some icecubes nad we were charged for that two euros. it is not the value of the two euros, but we have been before in 5 stars hotel, it never happened moreever some hotels will have icemakers in the corridor of the hotel

We Loved the hotel! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pools were wonderful and access to the beach. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety.

The location of the hotel to the city of Rhodes was a bit far so you had to catch a taxi which was 8 euros each way. A shuttle to the city would have been nice.

Definitely good choice. Very spacious, lots of pools (6), excellent Italian restaurant, friendly staff.

Insignificant things like no TV channel for kids and a bit noisy AC (had to run it continuously on max low level to keep 25C in the room).

Great world class resort with everything on the spot. Fantastic sea view, at least three swiming pools, very well maintaned garden with nice flowers and palmas everywhere. Room nice and roomy, clean with comfortable bed. Excelent breakfast with wide variety of meals and snacks.

Please change a supplier for breakfast juices. Everything was nice except the juices. Tasted too chemical :D Not all brands of instant juices must taste like these ones... Except this detail everything was excelent. Area is quite far from touristic attraction or from the downtown. Taxi or public bus must be used.

Sehr fleißige Mitarbeiter! Saubere Zimmer! Schöne Lage! Schöner Privatstrand (Kies) mit kostenlosen Liegen und Handtüchern! Kleiner Tipp: An der Ostküste gibt es Sandstrand. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Tolle Organisation hinsichtlich privaten Aktivitäten (Quad fahren, Mountainbike)!

Internet ist in der Lobby umsonst, jedoch hat man dort so gut wie keinen Empfang!

Bra senger. God plass på området. Bra strand, mye steiner og litt bölger. Bra med tunnel under hovedveien for å komme til stranden. Ikke så mange andre barn. Bra ac på rommet. Bra poolområde med ulike dyp. Flott frukostbuffe (vaffler, pain au chocolat, varm fetaost, omeletter, etc). Kan rekommendere room-service. Bra veranda til rommet der man kunde spise.

Tesis temiz güzel , çalışanları güleryüzü ve yardım için çırpınıyor Deniz'i o kadar büyüleyici değil ama gezilerden önce 2-3 saat deniz keyfi çok güzel oluyor . Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok ama daha çok İngiliz kahvaltısına yönelik Kıyıda Köse'de iki ufak kavanozda zeytini görünce şaşırdım Odalar geniş ve güzel Sehir merkezine yürüyüş yapılamaz çünkü uzak 7/8 km vardır Taksi on Euro Ada da otelde güzel tavsiye ederim

Les espaces communs en nombre suffisants, notamment le nombre de piscines et de transat évitent d'avoir trop de personnes au meme endroit.

L'accueil est deplorable pour un 5*. Cet hotel n'est pas au niveau de ses concurents et le client est traité comme dans un hotel de tour opérateurs. Aucune attention aux clients. Le petit déjeuner est mal concu et nous assistons à des files d'attentes des l'entrée et au buffet. Le Wifi devrait etre compris dans le prix de la chambre car sur Rhodes les stutios ont souvent le Wifi gratuit ainsi de nombreux hotels. Cette prestation optionelle est vraiement abusée en 2012. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel car il y a beaucoup mieux à Rhodes.

Otel sheraton ismi altında ama tam bir hayal kırıklığı ,ilk gecemizde odada bir makina uğultusu olduğundan, ne olduğunu resepsiyona sorduk, önce bir ses yok dedi sonra geldi baktı ,bu havalandırmanın sesi normal dedi,ama isterseniz yarın sabah çözelim dedi, biz bastırınca odayı değiştirdi,yeni odamız da aynı özelliklerde bir oda idi,ancak sabah 07 de yan odadan gelen çouk bağrışları ve gürültüleri ile uyandık, bunu paylaştığımızda da bi,r çözüm üretilemedi, sonuç olarak kesinlikle fiyat/kazanç oranı çok düşük bir otel, Rodos için anlamı olmyan bir fiyatta ve karşılığında hiçbirşey alamıyorsunuz, kahvaltıya yer beklemeden oturmak mümkün değil ve personel maalesef çok yardımcı değil, en garip konulardan biri de ilk gece oda değişiminde kızım için yatağı resepsiyonda durup kat görevlisi gibi giyimli bir adam getirdi ve yatağı çok düzgün düzeltememesine mazeret olarak gece olduğundan hause keeper'ların olmadığını,sabah daha düzgün yerleştirilebileceğini söylemesiydi...Yani gece herhangi bir sebeple çarşaf vs. değiştirilmesi gerekse 5 yıldızlı otelde buna olanak sağlayacak personel yok...

restaurant açık hava da olmasına rağmen sigara içmek yasak nedeni de belli değil derhal söndürmemizi söyşediler bizde sigaramızı söndürdük 5 metre ileride ki bar da içtik.

Nonostante gli spazi comuni come bar, reception, piscine, hall ristoranti siano molto belle e pulite, le stanze sono datate ed andrebbero rimodernate....soprattutto ilo parquet è inguardabile, pieno di graffi, scolorito e non sempre pulito.... Inolre visto l'enorme prezzo che ho pagato, mi sarei aspettato la connesione wii fi gratuita, ma invce quei grandi sgnori dell'albergo se le facevao pagare a caro prezzo. Degli amici che hanno soggioranto in un hotel vicino di solo tre stelle, avevano la connessione gratuita 24 h su 24......grande caduta di stile....
