The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and right in the centre of the old town, an ideal holiday base. Breakfast was freshly prepared and set in a lovely location on the terrace.
Character filled and luxury accommodation with friendly staff in a perfect location to explore the Old Town in Rhodes
The staff were particularly good. They were charming, attentive and always helpful. The location of the hotel in the Old Town is excellent with all the historic interests in walking distance.
We stayed here me & my wife with our infant for tow days in Deluxe Suite. Ones I made the booking thru Booking.com I received an E-mail from the hotel to conform my reservation and if I need any assistance. They informed me they will send a transportation to pickup us from the ferry port for free because there is no taxis aloud to enter the old town. Very welcoming from the owner, his daughter & all the staff. They do all there best to make our stay in all Rhodes Amazing. The suite was very nice with Ottomans touches combination with modern 2 & half floors. The ground floor with kitchenette, minibar & full bathroom the first floor is a seating aria with 46 flat TV and big wide windows for Hotel & Old town view. 3 stares from the first floor you'll find the bed and bathroom with shower separately room. the small breakfast buffet breakfast was lovely with pastry, bread, cakes, cheese, jams, fruits, and omelets cooked to order as you want. fresh juices with tea & coffee. The Breakfast in the main hotel breakfast room with in & outdoor seating for nice view. really we feel like we are with our family. we request to have late checkout & they give us until 4:00 pm with no fee. And they transfer us to the port 2 for free. Thank you so much for everybody in this Hotel who made our stay in all Rhodes Amazing! sure we'll back to this Hotel !
Nothing at all..
We stayed in the Master suite which had 3 levels connected by a spiral staircase: one bedroom in the bottom floor, a study room in the 2nd floor, and a second bedroom on the third floor which leads to a beautiful 2-level deck with panoramic view of the Rhodes old town. The place is beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. It was a great treat to relax on the deck after a busy day of sightseeing in old town with a bottle of wine. The view is incredible. The family who owns this hotel truly understands the meaning of luxurious comfort and service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every details of our stay: They had a list of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing for Old town as well as other villages on Rhodes. They facilitated our car rental and took care of our laundry very efficiently. Breakfast was fantastic - everything was fresh and tasty.
The shower in the lower floor does not have a vent and is open to the bedroom, so the whole lower bedroom and the 2nd floor get very humid and stuffy after one takes a shower. Turning on the AC on the 2nd floor helps to dry out the place a bit. The lower bedroom is a bit cavy because there is no real natural lighting in the room except a small window that is partially concealed behind a wall. Although the upper bedroom is fairly quiet because of its high location, one can hear quite a bit of noise in the lower bedroom. Nevertheless, the place is well worth it's cost (discounted through booking.com).
Great location Very helpful and pleasant staff Jacuzzi and champagne experience Building and rooms clean and full of character!
Beautiful clean rooms Friendly and helpful staff Fantastic breakfast Excellent location
Great location. We were met at the wall's gate and driven in. Excellent staff. Attentive, available, accommodating, so helpful. Room was exactly as stated, but better. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh and delicious. Overall an extremely positive stay. Highly recommended.
Everything was great. The little surprises that the staff did or provided added to the experience. From our brief meeting with the owner to each encounter with the staff was memorable! Great hotel.

The management, the early bird breakfast
Great location. Inside the medieval city, but just far off the busy section. Also very close to a parking street outside the city (cars are not allowed for visitors inside the city). Beautiful rooms, clean, quiet, nicely decorated, felt like staying at a friend's house. Delicious breakfast with homemade products and Elena fixing us eggs and coffee and yogurt and anything else we wanted right on the spot. But most of all... Thank you to the beautiful staff for making us feel like home. I've never seen my father so happy staying in a hotel. From helping us with the luggage, to preparing us breakfast, to showing us places to visit and beaches to swim. Eirene and Elena are wonderful hosts. Thank you Mr Niko for your wonderful book gift. Hope to be able to visit you again.
Location in the heart of the medieval city. The owners' desire to make everything of the highest quality: bedding, toiletries, breakfast... Very real desire to make your stay successful.
Staff were friendly, helpful and really reached out to us to make our stay excellent. The room was very clean with oversized comforter, plush bathrobes & slippers. The staff for an extra fee picked us up at the airport and at the port. The breakfast included with the stay was delicious and included delicious Greek buffet foods as well as eggs to order. Great experience and right in the medieval town close to shops, tavernas & museums.
Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely room, very comfy bed and lovely friendly staff. Best hotel we stayed at in Greece!
The accommodation was excellent but the thing that put the In Camera Art Boutique above the rest were the staff who went out of their way to make you feel at home. Nothing was a bother for them. We were very sad to leave and would go back in a heartbeat
Nothing - it surpassed our expectations in every way.
Fantastic location, excellent staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely recommend anyone travelling to Rhodes to stay at In Camera Art Boutique Hotel
Friendly staff Location Help navigating the city Breakfast Comfort of room Very low noise level Decor
Blue emergency light in room
We stayed in the deluxe suit only for one night. It was perfect! The owners were wonderful hosts. They made all the arrangements to pick us up from the port on arrival and leave us to the port in departure. The room was extraordinarily comfortable, and the design was amazing. Everywhere in the hotel was beautifully furnished and it was also so clean. The location could not have been better, it was in the heart of the old town and everywhere is within the walking distance. The breakfast was delicious: home-made jam, fresh juice, fresh fruit, omelette, tomato, cheese, olives, bread, cake, whatever you want. Jacuzzi in the yard was relaxing for us and funny for my 6-years old son. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Rhodes!
A family owned boutique hotel with personal service and attention. Friendly, charming & helpful staff. Lovely decor & food. We loved returning to the hotel after our excursions. Perfectly situated in the old town.
Nothing to not like. It was perfect!
Breakfast so poor
My husband and I met the owner, who is a respected photographer as well as his daughters. The one is a graphic designer and running the hotel and the another one is an architect. They're totally creative family and we enjoyed the atmosphere since we used to work in advertisement business. They certainly have good sense in details.
Our room was very nice but there were 3 different stories. Consumed energy back and forth.
We stayed in the 3-bedroom family villa for 6 days/5 nights during our visit to the Island of Rhodes. It was extraordinarily comfortable and relaxing, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay - every convenience was made available, including sending a car to pick us up from the entrance to the Old Town (with our large amount of luggage!). Elena and Eirene were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend staying within Old Town if you visit Rhodes, and the In Camera Art Boutique Hotel provides all of the modern comforts and conveniences while enjoying the "medieval" atmosphere of Old Town. If we return to Rhodes, In Camera would be our first choice for accommodations.
Saying good-bye to the In Camera Art Boutique Hotel and the Island of Rhodes!
The location is fantastic. The design is beautiful and the breakfasts are lovely. The staff are so helpful and friendly, service was excellent.
Emergency light in the room was very bright, other than that no complaints at all.
