Ino Village Hotel

The person who worked at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. She provided a map with suggestions on where to go on the island. The only problem was that she made a reservation for our express ferry to Turkey which we paid for at the hotel; however, our names were not at the list of reservations when we arrived at the harbor. Therefore, we had to get on a slower ferry that still had space available which should have cost a lot less.

There is not enough staff to assist with requests from guests at the hotel. The only people available were the bartender and another man who is the host and waits tables for dinner - both extremely rude and unfriendly. If we had questions, they avoided us, told us they were too busy and made us feel uncomfortable approaching them with our requests. For example, my husband and I asked for some ice from the bar to take to our room and they refused! Also, we asked for a wine bottle opener (which we waited a long time for) and when we returned to our room, it was broken and we had to go back and ask for another one. The bartender made us wait a long time again and finally, begrudgingly, took a minute to open the bottle himself. Awful!

Very nice views over Samos bay and very friendly staff! Good breakfast buffet. Due to hillside location rental car recommended!

In room dining option may be an option.

A lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings with friendly looking buildings for the different rooms. Very nice staff and great pool. Big terrace at the back with beautiful view where you can have your breakfast or just read a book. Lots of different possibilities to sit around the buildings and just be happy and enjoy yourself!

Everything was great. But if they want to change something it would be great to have sunscreens next to the sunbeds at the swimmingpool for more shade.

Les aliments proposés aux buffets des petits déjeuners sont de mauvaise qualité; la douche est vraiment trop petite et peu pratique (flexible et pomme de douche antédiluviens).

Ottima collocazione e vista sia dalla camera che dalla terrazza sul bellissimo golfo di Samos e sul bellissimo tramonto; ottima e raffinata cucina dagli antipasti ai dolci; più che buona la cordialità del personale; nonostante la dimensione dell'hotel, gradevole tranquillità in ogni situazione della giornata.

Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja miellyttävät. Asiantunteva henkilökunta sekä ravintolassa että vastaanotossa. Ravintolassa hyvä hintataso. Rauhallinen ja kaunis ympäristö, hotellin ympäristöön oli panostettu mm. isoilla saviruukuilla. Hintataso kohdallaan kaiken kaikkiaan.
