The hotel was kept very clean and tidy, we especially liked the beds around the pool. The toilets near the pool by the gym, the floor was always slippery and i feel it is only time before someone slips and hurts themselves. otherwise our stay was really good, the hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly

Staff was very helpfull, checking with port authorities if boat to Zante was departing. Room (pool and sea view) is very nice and modern with balcony, flat TV and very nice bathroom. Location is perfect for us, 15-20 min walk from Sami restaurant but 5 min walk from a very good terrasse overlooking the sea. 15 min walk from Melissina cave. For beach lovers (we are not), the beach nearby is not great (peables and not wide and doesnt look very clean). Breakfast does not have too much choice of bread and viennoiserie/local pastry for an hotel of that category. Quality of croissant was not the best

Good looking and well appointed hotel. Excellent pool and views over bay fantastic. Staff were extremely courteous. Equipped to a high standard for exclusive market. The fact that guests from the Athina Beach hotel were able to use the pool facilities was niggling. Although we did not experience any difficulty in finding a sun bed, we would have been annoyed if this had occurred. If the Ionian Emerald is seeking an exclusive market, it should think long and hard about offering its facilities to another hotel with lower tariffs - this practice can quickly dilute the high quality experience that is being offered to guests who are being asked to pay a premium rate. The breakfast was bland and lacked variety. Our jacuzzi bath did not work - a small criticism. Overall, we liked the hotel a great deal but the presence of Athina Beach guests may stop us from returning.

Struttura moderna e bella. Posizione bella. Arredamenti nuovi belli e funzionali. Personale cortese Frigo bar vuoto. Centro benessere utilizzabile solo su prenotazione per massaggi. Ristorante non proprio all'altezza. Servizi volti al benessere del cliente carenti. La piscina ed il bar nell'area piscina sono a disposizione anche dei clienti del vicino hotel Athina (degli stessi proprietari) molto meno caro.

It was clean and very nicely decorated. Pool area was lovely and there were always free sunbeds. It was good that you could order some cooked options at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach area wasn't very nice, but not sure that this is the property of the hotel? Also the cooked breakfast was cold, other than the options you could order to be freshly cooked.
