Ira Studios

Our second time here, it is the best location for seeing the rest of the island on a budget. We hired a quad bike this time but the bus service is excellent and a 2min walk from the studios, as is the bakery, and convenience store. You are only a 5-10min walk to the beach and a long stretch of restaurants. Ask Nikitas for recommendations when it comes to eating out, he will tell you the best places!

Expect a warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness in and around the studios. A decent sized pool, a place to lay your head and you can not go wrong.

We loved staying at Ira Studios. It is a nice place in a quiet area on walking distance to beach/restaurants (10min) and to bus stop and bakery/supermarket (5min). The studios are nice, spacious and cleaned daily. We loved the pool, especially at night within the beautiful surroundings. We want to say special thanks to the friendly owner while he has made our stay a little bit more personal by being so helpful.

Cooking facilities were handy along with the fridge. Beds were comfy and hotel staff were helpful. Swimming pool was fantastic.

We had a Great holiday in Santorini and IRA Studios was where we chose to stay. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, had a nice big, clean room and found this was an ideal base for us to use use exploring the island.

Ira Studio made my Santorini dream affordable and I want to thank the owner for this. The hotel is not very far from the beach of Perissa and pretty close to taverns and supermarkets with very good prices (compared to the ones in Imerovigli). That’s why there was no reason for us to use the kitchen (except for breakfast and coffee). Nikita, the owner is very nice and helpful, he give us a late check out free of charge and responded promptly to all our needs. The swimming pool is large size and very clean. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed (and this is a lot for a self catering hotel).

We had a kind of apartment just for us, with kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony facing the swimming pool. We went in June, so it was very quiet, and very very nice. We can see the mountains from the swimming pool, and in a 15 in walk we were at the beach. Nikitas, the manager was very nice, he came to pick us up when we couldn't find the hotel (it's not actually in the main street, so keep his phone number with you), and gave us all kinds of advices for visiting the Island. Perissa is not the prettiest village in Santorini, but if you rent a quad like all tourists do you will have no problem getting around. I really liked staying here.

The only thing that was weird was how salty the water was. We had to buy lot of bottles to drink. We thought it was like that all over the island but then we found out it wasn'T.

Bathroom not very clean on the first day, poor Internet connexion

The owner and his wife were very nice and kind persons. They helped us every time we needed help. The room was very very nice to live in and it was not just a room, but was like a home. The pool by night was a very beautiful view. Everything was clean, and every day we found the room in a perfect condition, everything cleaned up. The price was very affordable and it was very worthy considering a high level of comfort and relax in Ira Studios. We suggest everybody to rent an atv like we did.

Ho trascorso 10 giorni presso Ira Studios e il mio giudizio è più che positivo! La camera è molto accogliente e spaziosa: letto comodo con comodini, cucinino e bagno essenziali ma attrezzati, tv e uno splendido balconcino con un piccolo tavolo per la colazione! (C'è un tavolo anche all'interno, per le giornate di forte vento!) L'addetto alle pulizie ogni giorno rifà il letto e pulisce per terra. La piscina è bellissima, attrezzata con sdraio, sedie e un piccolo bar che solitamente apre nel pomeriggio! Ira Studios si trova in una stradina interna a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia nera di Perissa, ma si può raggiungere facilmente anche la spiaggia più attrezzata di Perivolos; in ogni caso noleggiare uno scooter rende tutto più divertente, soprattutto se si vogliono raggiungere le altre città (Fira è a circa 20 minuti, come Kamari, Oia una mezzoretta). Vicino al residence ci sono vari mini market e il più conveniente Carrefur! Il residence è molto tranquillo (io sono andata a fine agosto), accogliente, pulito e conveniente; lo consiglio in particolar modo alle coppie giovani con un budget limitato!

El Ira Studios es un establecimiento familiar, de varios apartamentos y studios en Perissa BEach. Es algo complicado de encontrar pues no hay ninguna indicación. Está situado en la carretera principal, y desviarse a la izquierda (en otro camino) justo cuando aparece el hotel Santa Irina y la Bakery. Se puede llegar andando hasta la playa, pero son unos 800m.Ideal para ir en coche y moverte por la zona, pues tiene aparcamento propio. No hay recepción, los dueños, super amables, viven ahí mismo. Tiene un piscina con zona ajardinada muy tranquila (no está para nada masificada, estás sola y con mucha tranquilidad e independencia). Los estudios son luminosos y muy amplios, perfectamente equipados, pintados con colores llamativos, tienen amplia terraza amueblada con vistas a la montaña y el monasterio del Profeta Elias o bien la playa/piscina. La cocina está equipada. Estancia muy cómoda, la verdad y super económico, 35 euros que más puede pedirse? Tiene aire acondicionado, tv, nevera, cocina, varias zonas independientes, terraza, piscina y dos pasos del mar....Cero lujos, pero práctico, limpio y cómodo y con muebles correctos (ni modernos ni demodé).

Las hormigas. Como está situado en medio jardín se tiene que tener cuidado. Una noche al llegar de cenar y encender la luz el estudio estaba invadido de hormigas grandes por todas partes, se colaban por las puertas de la terraza. Fue asqueroso, sólo aparecieron así de golpe, porque el día anterior y la otra noche, no había ni una. Quizás olieron comida....A base de toallas mojadas hicimos el hormicidio, aunque si hubieramos avisado al dueño, seguro nos hubiera cambiado de apartamento o ayudado. Al día siguiente se lo dijimos y lo sintió mucho. La verdad que fueron 15 minutos asquerosos matando hormigas, pero luego desaparecieron......

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Vicinanza alla spiaggia più bella e alle ristorazioni più convenienti. Tranquillità della zona. No caos. Privacy.

Un po' spartani gli arredi. Le dotazioni sono essenziali. I maniaci della pulizia potrebbero non essere totalmente soddisfatti.

Das Hotel war sehr günstig und liegt in Fußnähe zu dem Stadtzentrum von Perissa und dem Strand. Nach Perivolos sind es ca. 20 Minuten zuFuß, dort findet man die angesagteren Bars. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenstühlen. Wir waren sehr zufrienden mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Leider konnten einige der Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch oder Englisch somit konnte man sich keine Tips von der Rezeption holen. Ausserdem haben die Zimmer eine Salzwasserdusche was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war.

Bonne situation ,calme à 10 mn a pied de la plage , piscine très agréable . Ira Studio est une structure très familiale ou on se sent bien , les patrons sont très charmants et disponibles , à votre service . Wifi dans le studio .

Dommage qu il n y ait pas d eau douce , mais rare à santorin . Vaisselle un peu limité ( couverts rouillés , tasses et verres dépareillés ...) , ainsi que la literie , pas terrible . Climatisation ne fonctionne qu en bas si vous êtes dans un duplex , très chaud la haut ( avons eu un ventilateur c était mieux ) . Avec ses efforts sur ces points , Ira Studio pourrait être agréable contenu du prix .

Beliggenhed lidt væk fra byen og stranden, man skal være villig til at gå lidt. Til gengæld er der meget stille og ingen trafikstøj.

transfer per/da l'aeroporto non organizzato, costoso (25 euro) su richiesta

il proprietario era molto disponibile e ci ha dato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno (ad esempio nel nostro appartamento un letto era sopra ad un soppalco, e l'aria condizionata non lo raffreddava abbastanza, così il proprietario ci ha dato un ventilatore). L'appartamento è molto bello e colorato, ed è situato a 10 minuti circa dal mare e a 5 minuti dalla fermata degli autobus, che passano spesso fino all'una di notte circa.

il bagno non era il massimo: nella doccia non c'era la tenda.L'acqua era salata, ma credo sia un problema di tutta l'isola. In ogni caso lo consiglierei senza dubbio.

det jag gillade mest av allt var nikitas, ägaren, som var jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående och hjälpsam, vilket alltid är trevligt. hotellet är centralt beläget, har en pool o fantastisk vy över berget. rummen är stora och alla har en kyl och mini kök.

La situation de l'hôtel près des commerces (boulangerie 24h/24), restaurants, arrêt de bus Santo Adonios. La piscine est très bien, avec des transats Le calme et la simplicité du lieu. Le patron est très gentil et très serviable. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Stort rum med airkondition och egen balkong utan störning av grannar. Pool och möjlighet att köpa förfriskningar i poolbaren. Mycket trevliga hotellägare som var serviceinställda. Städning och byte av handdukar alla dagar. Närhet till strand och restauranger 10 min. Även mkt nära till Supermarkets och bageri med nybakt bröd var tredje timme. Rekommenderar Big coop för inhandling av varor - billigare och större utbud. Även rekommendation till restaurang Poseidon nere på Beach Road, supergod mat och enorm service.

La tranquillita'

la posizione troppo distante dalla spiaggia , in bagno non c'era la tenda della doccia con conseguente allagamento del pavimento ogni volta che si fa la doccia e la strada che porta al residence è completamente buia la sera. Inoltre il tv senza antenna, promessa ma mai arrivata per tutta la settimana. Grazie per la Vostra disponibiltà e cordiali saluti. Michela

Beliggenhed, pool, venligt personale

Dårlig aircondition, vågnede af varme om natten. Køleskab virkede næsten ikke. Hotellet er meget nedslidt men fair til prisen

Por 22€ la noche no pediamos mas. La piscina esta bien.
