Iraklion Hotel    

I rated this hotel as "excellent" for a TWO STAR hotel! Clean, large room and bathroom, internet worked well, friendly/helpful staff. They actually included breakfast in our "package." Had a large balcony with table and two chairs. Good for hanging out laundry.

Location was a short walk from the center of town. The hotel staff was pleasant. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The bus from / to the airport stops across the street. Bus ticket 1.1€ available at kiosk 20 meters away.

Booked using Amex, had to use Visa.

Very convenient location- was far from noisy streets but meters away from the center. Steps away from a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location near the city-center and bus stop for Knossos. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Nice view (4th floor).

Breakfast a bit on the minimal side

Great location, right next to the city-centre, plenty of options for shopping and dining. Bus stop for Knossos is quite near, but the inter-city bus stop is 20 minute walk away and the ferry port is further away. Staff is friendly, the room was clean and tidy and supplies replenished daily.

The hotel is on a busy market street. Our room faced the street, and the noise from the street continued till late in the night. Try getting a room on the other side.

The staff is friendly. It takes about 10 minutes walk from the square which the bus stops are located.

It's not easy to find if you go there from the port on foot. If you need to take a fare in the morning, you'd better leave the hotel at least 30 minutes early.

Near to the airport and also to the town and the beach with a good choice for breakfast at a reasonable price.

Breakfast buffet was not ready to start at the advertised time - it was 10 minutes or so later before everything was in place. If you want to make an early start, this could be frustrating.

The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location is very good. Although the street is quite noisy, inside the room we couldn't hear anything, so great windows! Good value for money.

Close to airport. We arrived late and had an early bus the next day so good position for bus station as well. Breakfast had the usual fare ham/cheese/bread/yoghurt cereal and fruit etc

We booked this hotel to stay one night coming from Chania so we could easily get to the airport at Heraklion the next day. The room was very good - we knew the price was good but most of all it is a short walk from the national bus station and the walk takes in the city centre which is lovely. The bus to the airport stops outside the hotel too - very easy. All in all a great city stop over to make catching an early flight very easy.
