Schöne, ruhige Lage, gute Aussicht auf die Caldera, sehr geplegtes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, freundliches Personal Frühstück wurde sehr einfach serviert. Marmelade und Butter waren reichlich, jedoch nur zwei Scheiben Toastschinken (in der Mitte geteilt) und vier Scheiben Käse. Leider nur Nescafe und kein Obst!!! Kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse!!! Viele Stufen!!! |

The view from the hotel and our room balcony was breathtaking and magnificant, it was so beautiful! The hotel room was good size, it was instead a one-bedroom flat with a living room. We did have a small kitchenette but didn't bother to use, probably it would be nice for some people that would like to save up and eat-in. Wifi in the reception area which was useful. The steps to our room (No.5) was way too many. Imagine you have to take a 25kg suitcase with you and climb up and down 100 steps from the main road to your room but the having the view like that was worthy, hence won't recommend it to disabled or elderly. The hotel room itself was alright, the shower was very small though and we didn't use the shower curtain as it would stick to us which meant that it was difficult not to wet the floor. There were some ants in our room and the reception just used a spray to kill them but didn't bother to wipe them out (cleaner cleaned it on the following day). Reception staff was okay, not extremely helpful to be honest. The balcony breakfast only contained ham, cheese, bread, coffee & cheap squash. |

The view was awesome. Rooms were large - essentially suites, old but clean. Staff were pleasant. The spa/pool shown in pictures is not heated, so it was too cold to use. The matresses in room 9 and 10 were a little lumpy and hard, so we added two blankets under the sheet to soften it. I still slept fine. Wi-fi would have been nice. It almost seems like a necessity today. |

the view was amazing and we liked the walk down into Fira. It had a little pool just big enough to cool off in. the shower was tiny but we found this to be the norm everywhere in Greece |

The view from the room was fabulous. Breakfast on the balconey was a nice touch. The hotel could have been cleaner. We had specifically asked for a non smoking room, which is difficult in Europe. However, upon turning on the ac, the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming, we were unable to use it. We also had ants that the owner attempted to spray herself. |

La ubicación del hotel es excellente esta en la parte mas alta de la Isla de Santorini, se vive en paz con mucho relax, las vistas son excelentes y cambiantes sobre el puerto de acuerdo a los buques que esten operando No tiene posibilidades wi-fi en los cuartos, sería algo bueno a corregir |

magnificient view, close to bus station, 15 min close to Fira, Firastefani Don't believe the hotel personnel, you can get the room which you didn't book without view,even in another hotel for one night, after to change to another with better conditions, you can't get a transfer to the port if there are only two person. You feel not comfortable to have such service in such beautiful island where you come for relax and need demand that they have to do - to give a room what you've booked and transfer! очень много китайцев, довольно шумно, персонал отеля может разместить Вас в комнате с худшими удобствами, чем Вы бронировали и потом переселить, обратного трансфера в порт не было, так как им не хотелось везти нас двоих |
