Mainly the kitchen there was no no kettle, were told to boil water on stove no plug for sink, so hard to wash up hot tap in kitchen didnt work we were early in season so maybe maintenance needed. If you are not fit or elderly there are lots of steep steps, the views are worth the climb. Most resorts on the side of the caldera in Santorini will have steps

First I don't know if this guy was the owner (who has a problem in his face) but he is so rude and treat you like a dog .. this is unaceptable !!! The room was old like grandma's room and stinky. The pictures that has in the website for example the jaccuzi is for the another hotel and if you are carrying a big luggage is a nightmare because you have to face with a lot of stairs to get in the hotel. The last thing is that in my room was something knocking in my ceiling for the 3 days that I was there and there was nobody in the reception to resolve te problem and I couldn't sleep all the nights. In other words my experience was a nightmare and I do not reccommend this hotel

Spectacular views, extremely quite location away from the main area but within walking distance. Staff were brilliant, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We had the apartment and were able to make our own breakfast. Internet brilliant. 5 stars

I was not satisfied that the Resort had taken from me the money owed for the hotel twice. I had booked the room for 4 days; I had the option to cancel the booking 7 days prior staying at the Resort. Due to family circumstances, I had to arrive a day later and as such, I cancelled the four day stay within the time limit, and rebooked for a 3 day stay. On July 17, 8 days before I was due to arrive, the Resort withdrew the money owed for the 3 days. On July 19, the Resort also withdrew monies owed for the 4 days that I had previously cancelled. Once I had communicated with the Resort regarding this mix up, I was told that they would refund the monies immediately. Once I arrived at the Resort, I was given a receipt, indicating that the monies was returned into my account. After checking my account consistently for 2 weeks, no monies was deposited. I tried to communicate with the Manager of the Resort, however I was quite upset at their indifferences and lack of assistance. A month later, I finally spoke to the Manager, and was promised that the monies was to be deposited within 3 business days. Again, no monies was deposited. As I was left with no choice so I communicated with Booking.com who immediately assisted and supported me regarding this matter, and within a few days, the monies was returned to me. Hadn’t Booking.com not interfered; I believe I would still be waiting for my money. I was extremely disheartened and offended that I had to go through this whole ordeal. In addition to this, the Resort, after depositing my monies, also charged me transfer and commission fees; fees that I should not have ever paid. After communicating this unfairness to Booking.com, I was refunded this money too. I did not even recieve a sorry. THeir lack of assistance and stress caused left me anxious and unable to enjoy my holiday that I had been planning for 2 years.

Good view,but not easy to find and nobody help us to move bagaage.When we arrived in there ,no one in the reception.The staff gave us a big room, it can living 4 peoples.

The wifi is broken, we can't use in the whole time.The hot water was not enough.Just very smiple breakfirst.The kitchen ware were not too much,if you want to clean plate you shoud buy some detergent.

Awful!!!really dirty and old! Nobody stay at reception( I wanted the password to get the wifi and it was not possible)! Cold shower and terrible breakfast!Really beautiful view, but, dont go!!!

The staff consisting of Rita and her mother Alma were first class, nothing was too much trouble, additionally Albert was very helpful as well.

It was pot luck as to what accomodation you were allocated upon arrival. Initially they tried to accomodate us further away from the dip pool and breakfast area which we refused. We had to spend two nights in what could be best described as a cave apartment before securing a much better apartment only after paying extra a considerable chunk of money. Last point was that the hotel website indicates that there are robes and a washing machine available?? no sign of that at all. After that all was well and we enjoyed the rest of our stay, again mainly due to the staff.

The management is not fair. I made a mistake in my reservation with booking.com, wrong dates.. 3 extra days I booked 4 months in advance. I wanted to correct it few hours later but it was impossible to reach the hotel during days.. I tried with booking.com, they were not able to manage it either just because condition says.. no cancellation... This is not acceptable to be so strict. Once on site, I tried again to tell my story, no management available. You just pay.. that's all... Dont trust Irinis.. In case of problems they do not care at all....

The spectacular view is unsurpassed anywhere in the world, as is the atmosphere and associated awareness that this place changed the world when it exploded. It gave us democracy,freedom and modernity.

location, but...not really of Irinis as it is made up of so many side suites that you can't understand how many rooms/suites they deal with. We stayed at Spiliotika and it was fine.

The location is perfect. When you wake up and open the door, you can see the beutiful sea and white houses built in ladder.

This was our second stay at at Irini's Villa in two years time. We went back because the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. The Villa is clean, spacious and the location is excellent. We will definitely come back during our next trip to Santorini!

We stayed at Irinis Villa resort while visiting Santorini. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was served to our balcony. Beautiful view of the caldera from this hotel. Great location. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and we would definately come back to this hotel and stay longer next time. Thank you.

They kept us waiting for 45min, no one was there to check us in and then they made us stay at another place not irinis. They told us transfers were free from airport after we arrived, then charged us 30eu to catch a cab back to airport

The best tıng what ı satısfıed ıs the locatıon, ı could eat a breakfast watchıng beautıful sea and wonderful santorını vıew. And ı arrıved to santorını port, there ıs free bus from port to hotel. And the owner called us ın the mornıng and brought breakfast to our terrace. Comparıng ıts prıce, ıt was great hotel. ıF ı go santorını agıan, ı wıll book thıs hotel agaın!

When ı arrıved to thıs hotel, ı should have waıted about 40 mınustes to ready for my room, but except thıs, everythıng was great!
