Hotel Kalma  

We arrived at about 2:30am and were able to arrange to check in at that time prior to booking. Our room was relatively small but comfortable and was all we needed for just one night including a nice patio. Wifi and ac worked great and the staff was welcoming and helpful although we had limited contact with them due to it being such a short stay. It's also very close to a bus stop, a supermarket, and a few restaurants. I can't comment on breakfast or the pool because we didn't use them, but overall our stay was great!

The location is not exactly ideal unless you plan on driving or taking the bus around the island. While Messaria is convenient to other locations on either side of the island such as the port and the airport, the town itself didn't seem to have very much (attractions, restaurants, character) that tourists would normally be looking for.

Absolutely wonderful! The older couple who owned the hotel were so lovely & kind, as were there staff. I didn't want to leave! I'll definitely be back. The rooms were spacious, private & practical - all done in the traditional Greek style. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Fantastic location, away from the tourist areas, but only a 15minute bus ride to those areas as well as Kamari beach.

The shower head was a bit dodgy. Nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. Even so, it wasn't an issue. Everything was amazing at Kalma!

Very nice hotel, close to bus stop where you can go all around the island. They were cleaning the room every day which was facing the nice pool and had a view to the sea as well!!Breakfast was adequate!!! I will definitely go back again if traveling to Thira and recommend it to friends!

Didn't have any kind of salad with breakfast.

What a gem. If you don't need to be in the main town or on the beach, this place is ideally located on the bus route between Fira and Kamari so getting around the island was easy. The bus service is excellent. But it isn't just the location that marks Hotel Kalma out. It's an old style place and has obviously been operating for years but everything worked; clean comfortable room, lovely pool, reliable wifi, friendly owners and staff and a good breakfast. What more could you want? Fantastic value for money too. I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Santorini which I have been visiting for 30 years.

Ottima disponibilità dei titolari, gli anziani titolari fanno di tutto per riuscire a comunicare e per poter essere di aiuto. La struttura è buona ed è ben posizionata, comoda all'aeroporto, al porto e facile accesso alle spiagge e agli altri paesi. Attenzione alle camere fronte stada che sono rumorose. Chiedere se possibile quelle che danno sulla piscina che sono molto confortevoli.

La vicinanza con uno degli incroci più importanti dell'isola crea inevitabilmente disagio per le camere fronte strada, questo inconveniente tuttavia non cambia la buona impressione sulla struttura.

Service et accueil très bons. Hotel trés agréable et joli, dans un cadre reposant.

La qualité des produits au petit déjeuner n'est pas excellente.

交通不方便，虽然附近有公交车站，但是车次不多，去哪里都不太方便。房间非常吵，窗外昼夜都是过路车的轰鸣- 声，无法让人睡一个好觉。

Huone kadunpuolella, minkä vuoksi ajoittaista lujahkoa liikennemelua.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, vicinanza all'aeroporto, bella piscina, gentilezza dello staff (il signore piu anziano è veramente un personaggio). Stanze spartane ma pulite, aria condizionata, consigliato!

Per l'ottimo prezzo... non ho visto aspetti negativi...

What I liked in Kalma Hotel is the great value for money rooms, full buffet breakfast, helpfull smilling staff. The hotel has great location to reach all the villages. Clean rooms, big swimmingpool and wi fi. I am very satisfied also that next to the hotel there is a restaurant and sypermarkets and bakery.

In the village messaria there is no atm so you have to go to fira so go there with money..

Le patron de l'hôtel , un petit monsieur vraiment très gentil . Hôtel d'une propreté remarquable , piscine magnifique . La chambre très simple avec juste ce qu'il faut . Petit point négatif : les robinetteries dans la salle de bain étaient plus que vétustes .

Hotellet ägdes av ett äldre trevligt par som var väldigt måna om att gästerna skulle må bra. Bra frukost buffé. Ligger bra till om man ska åka med flyget. Dubbelrum med delade sängar bra. Dubbelsäng alldeles för smala.

δεν μου άρεσε τίποτα απολύτως. απίστευτα αγενεις οι υπάλληλοι και οι ιδιοκτήτες. απλά τραγικο

Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Daarnaast was Thira goed te bereiken in het hoogseizoen met openbaar vervoer, waardoor je alle vrijheid had om het eiland te verkennen, met de rust van het dorpje. Waar overigens wel genoeg eetgelegenheden en supermarkten waren.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, ya que el señor Lucas y su familia nos han tratado estupendamente. Además, nos dejaron entrar a las 8 de la mañana a la habitación, cosa que agradecimos después de pasar la noche viajando. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero correctas y limpias. Tiene una buena piscina. La ubicación es estupenda, a pocos metros de las paradas de autobús y a unos 5 minutos en coche de Fira. Muy cómodo para recorrer la isla.

El baño, pequeño, pero tienen previsto cambiarlo.
