Everything close by and Artemis the host was so helpful as our ferry was cancelled and got there 9.30 pm and also the host let us stay as the ferry leaving Kalymnos was not till 2.20 pm. Very quiet and homely place.

Convenience for all Pothia's attractions. The balcony and outside terrace and the comfort of the home were very good. Artemis, the host, was so kind with advice, and gifts of grapes wine and local delicacies. As I was staying for a month I felt I needed more comfort than a studio could provide. The washing machine was a great bonus for such a long stay. The house is just far away from the buzz of the seafront that it is peaceful but within two minutes your are amidst the bars and restaurants. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with good air con. The WiFi was good. All in all a great place for a longer stay and ideally placed for ferries and buses.

Ein Haus für sich in einer sehr guten Lage , 3‘ vom Hafen entfernt . Ruhig sauber , geräumig und hell. Im Hof kann man unter einer Laube sitzen und essen . Balkon , 2 Klo , Parkmöglichkeit .

Our host was tremendous. She gave us numerous tips for travel and sight-seeing on the island, she also brought us some pastries unique to Kalymnos. The residence was superb. Very clean, comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The location was central to the main village and the supermarket was only a 3 minute walk away. We thoroughly recommend this listing for anyone traveling to Kalymnos.

Το Kalymnos Residence βρισκεται πολυ κοντά από το λιμανι και μπορεις να μεταβεις με τα ποδια 2 με 3 λεπτα στα εστιατορια, cafe και supermarket. Η κυρία Αρτεμης μας καλωσορισε στο λιμάνι και μας οδήγησε στο Kalymnos Residence!!! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ λειτουργικό και έλαμπε από καθαριότητα. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις!!!! Τα παιδιά έπαιζαν έξω στην αυλή η οποία εκλεινε (με μεγαλο καγκελο) και η οποια συνδεόταν και με το πάρκινγκ του Kalymnos Residence. Απολαμβαναμε τον καφε μας στην αυλη και τα παιδια μας επαιζαν εκει με ασφαλεια. Ο κύριος Θανάσης, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος μας έστειλε γαλακτομπουρεκα, αρωματικά σαπούνια και μικρά παιχνιδακια για τα παιδιά. Σιγουρα και την επόμενη φορα αγαπητέ Θανάση οταν θα ρθουμε Καλυμνο κοντά σας θα μείνουμε θα εισαι και παλι η επιλογη μας!!!!

Πολυ βολική η τοποθεσία, κεντρικά αλλα και ήσυχα. Μεγαλο συν το ιδιοκτητο πάρκινγκ. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι, παλιο αλλα φρεσκοβαμμένο. Πληρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ανακαινισμένο μπανιο. Πεντακάθαρο, ευγενέστατοι οι ιδιοκτήτες.
