The location is excellent for those traveling to or through Athens. The hotel is located at Kaningos Square which is served by both bus and metro public transportation. From here, travelers can reach historic and shopping sites around Athens, the airport and ocean port. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The dinner service on the top floor garden terrace was excellent. |

the location is perfect, close to centre and subway the shower : if you only want a shower you must be dwarf and the shower itsel cannot be hung on a hook |

nice staff on reception,good value for money the only thing i dont like that during my 3 days stay at the hotel the bed linnen were never changed(but tips that i was put for house keeping were regulary taken) |

The location was exactly right. Very clean room. I booked the hotel precisely because they had a good restaurant advertised on the internet and I did not want to wander around Athens on my own. However, the restaurant was closed that day!! |

The staff was very freindly and very helpful. Close enough to the city center in our opinion. About a 15 minutes walk. One can hear everything from the corridor outside the room. It is a little annoying early in the morning when you hear people coming and leaving.. |

The room was clean enough, and the AC was excellent which is good since the outside temperature is always above 26º. The drinks in the mini bar were also 'just' expensive and not 'extremely expensive' as usual. For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was rather weak. The British alternative was ok, but for the rest, there really weren't many choices. It didn't seem to be safe to leave the hotel early in the night, but that seems to be the case for all hotels outside Syntagma Square. |

The reception desk was very helpful whether it was about tour information, food, attractions or even hotel issues. Even the breakfast staff was inviting and cheerful. The hotel is not situated near any night life. Loking out the window past 9 pm there is no one on the streets. If you are out.. i suggest walking back to the hotel in big groups or take a taxi. We were three women and were told to be back by 10 if out just a couple blocks away. |
