Spacious room with comfortable bed and very good design. Wifi access . Friendly staff. Playground for the kids in a close distance . Located very close to the centre of the village.

This hotel has been re-furbished to the highest standards, the décor & rooms were superb.Fantastic shower room too.The owner & his daughter were very knowledgeable & helpful too. This hotel is a few steps away from the heart of the village and I will certainly be visiting this hotel next time we visit Metsovo......... Nothing!!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Hotel Kassaros. It is a very good hotel, comfortable and well appointed. The cost is reasonable. The breakfast is good. The view is spectacular! We had to leave one day early because of a family emergency and there was no provision to refund our last nights prepaid fee. I guess this is not unexpected...it would have just been very nice if they had refunded it.

This hotel has 5* quality for the price of a 2* star hotel. I was SO impressed! It has fantastic interior design and decorating, and great attention to detail. It was renovated a couple of years ago, has wooden floors, fantastic rooms and bathrooms, as well as amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. We stayed in room 202 which had a big balcony with a view of the impressive and beautiful Pindos Mountains. The common areas are beautifully decorated, in line with the traditional design of Metsovo houses. The breakfast was very good and the owners were friendly and helpful with all our questions. The hotel is a two minute walk from Metsovo square and it has free parking and wi-fi. And all these at an unbelievably low price. Don't stay anywhere else in Metsovo!! Nothing

The hotel is very clean The rooms are very nice Near the center of the village The girl who manages the hotel is very friendly and tries to help The parking is not convenient. The water pressure in the shower is low The owner, is not too friendly

το δωματιο μας ηταν υπεροχο,πολυ ζεστο & ομορφη διακοσμηση με παραδοσιακα στοιχεια.η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη & το πρωινο πολυ καλο. οι ιδιοκτητες χαμογελαστοι & εξυπηρετικοι.ετσι ειχαμε ενα θαυμασιο 3ημερο και σιγουρα θα ξαναπηγαινα

υπηρχε εξυπηρετηση ευγενεια και χαμογελο στο ξενοδοχειο. ωραιοι χωροι και υπεροχη διακοσμηση. θα ηθελα κανονικα κρεββατια για τα παιδια γιατι αυτα που υπηρχαν ητανε μικρες πολυθρονες με ενα υποτυποδες στρωμα οχι και τοσο αναπαυτικο. επισης το ενα κρεββατι ητανε κοντα στο παραθυρο και εκει εκανε περισσοτερο κρυο. αυτες οι πολυθρονες ηταν αβολες και αφορουν μονο πολυ μικροτερα παιδια.

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα. το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό υπήρχε θέρμανση κ με θέα το Μετσοβο...το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό...επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραίο δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα
