The staff was friendly. The location is good. This place should not be open as a hotel. It is old, very very old. It has never being renovated, looks and feels like you live in abandoned building, the wc and bathrooms are on the floor. Poor hygiene, if this place has one star, the prisons should be two stars resorts. People must know where you are sending them. Places like this only bring bad reputation and salty taste after. Thanks Lord I was alone and stayed only for one night. And the worst I had to pay 20 euro for a place where my pillow case had a whole, there was blood drop on the sink and all the floor was rigging cigarettes.

Nothing The location is fairly convenient however it was very noisy during the night. We couldn't shut the windows as the locking system was broken. That also caused draft. The biggest issue though were the bedbugs which terrified us. Overall we felt as we entered a past era from years ago. The reception old guy had almost no english at all and was unaware about the booking payment procedure. We payed online when we booked the room however h requested money upon leaving the hotel.

Free WiFi internet. Early check-in ( 12:00 ). Central position in the town. The door to the fire-stairs didn`t lock completely what gave the cold first night as they didn´t warmed in hotel. However they did it next night and they gave me an extra electric heater. Generally impression of very used furniture etc.

The price - this is a perfectly functional and reasonable option. Fancy it isn'T. Opulent, certainly not. Location and price are great. Walking distance from the train station and handy to everything and plenty of buses just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, our bed was comfortable, the shared bathrooms were always clean & we never had to wait to use them. We were promised 24/7 hot water in the showers, and were never disappointed. I got a hair dryer & extra pillows on request. Wifi was occasionally a bit slow, but generally good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke reasonable English - far better than our Greek. So in short, if money is your main concern, stay here - but if you can spare, say, 5 euro more, you may find something a little nicer. Our room was on the same floor as reception, near the reception desk, and the noise from the street and the reception area could be heard. Not a big deal for us, but perhaps for you...

The water was warm and the room was spacious. (We asked for a double bed but instead we got two beds, one double and one single). The sheets were clean. Good location, next to bus station. From outside looks much better. Despite the good location, the noise was quit irritating. We could hear the bus at the early morning. The hotel was overall cursory and it was also old. The baths were insufficient, there was humidity in our room and there was no heating! Rooms were untidy and most of the personnel was unfriendly. Finally we did not fell safe at all. I think I am objective , even though I stayed only one night! We would not recommend it!!

The price was cheap. The hostel is close to Train station (less than 10 mins of walking). They don't have heater so it may not be good to stay there in winter season. Because it's located on the downtown Thessaloniki, the noise from the road may be very annoyed to make you not be able to sleep well.

It was around 15 minutes walk from all views, shops, etc, in a very famous shopping area, you could easily reach all atractions also by public bus (bus stop is located near the hotel). Clean shared bathroom. Clean and comfortable bed. Free city maps. Free Wifi. The price was okay, related to the quality of the rooms. The stuff was very helpful, no problem with communication in English. Poor room (old furniture) with street-facing windows which I couldn't close very well, and moreover any sound that came from the main road (buses, cars, passengers and what ever just came by, was just right in your head!!!). I spend almost four sleepless nights - only because of having ear plugs I could fall asleep a bit. Very very noisy - do not choose this hotel if you want to spend peaceful holidays with kids for E.x because you will be dissapointed later.

The place was clean and comfortable and the price was right. The staff was friendly and eager to please. As others mentioned, it is located on a main road, so it's a bit noisy. Some ambient noise from the computer and earplugs made this problem easy to solve. There is no a/c in the room, but we were brought a fan and that did the trick as well. Shared bathrooms.

Central location, clean toilets (even it was shared). Stuff knows English and they can provide you a central map. Value of money !! For this kind of accommodation it should be cheaper.

We like so much where is the location of the hotel and price near the quallity of service is the best. From there can go anywhereyou want ! for the price paid in accommodation everything is ok. Who want more must to pay more!!!!! It was a little discomfort for the noisy from Egnatia street, but we was there like turist and we was walking all the days on the streets and the shops and the sights and we was very tired. For that we have a good sllep every night!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough, and relatively clean. It is in the center, so we could reach everything we wanted by walk. It is worth it's price! Anyway the furnitures were old, and the room was very noisy at night because of the traffic.

Great location - maybe 5 minutes walk to Ladadika Quarter (cobbled streets, outdoor cafes, bars, and beer gardens... and another few minutes to the seaside... City bus to both bus stations (main station on west side and halkiiki station on east side of town) are accessible on the street in front of the hotel. Shared WC and showers kept very clean. Friendly man at reception. Little balcony with full french-doors to open. Wi-Fi signal was very good and free for guests. Supermarket around the corner for water, drinks, snacks, beer. You get what you pay for... tiny cell-like single room with shared bath... would receive higher rating if they'd drop the price and make it better value for money...

It was 15-20 minutes maximun from all views, shops, etc, in a very populate area. The windows of the rooms (mine at least) was not closing very well, and any sound that came from the main road (buses, cars, passengers and what ever just came by, was just right in your head! Almost no sleep those 2 days cause of that...
