Easy walk from the Port, quick taxi ride from airport. Walking distance to Heraklion hub, many bars and restaurants. Staff friendly, bed super comfortable and amazing shower!
Everything is new and modern, up to the fact that you have a clothes iron and ironing board in the closet. It is a clean hotel, quiet and the staff is very helpful. The receptionist help me for 20 minutes to get out of a parking while I was blocked.
Good location, helpful staff. We were offered two rooms to chose from and took the smaller quiet one.
First time it is hard to find but once you get your bearing it is close to main tourist areas. wifi spotty.
Price Location A good place to stay for one or two nights
Off site car parking (though only up the road) Breakfast is adequate but not great
A perfect location from which to explore the town. Each room was individual and very modern with all the expected facilities. A good breakfast to start the day and staff that were very friendly, efficient and helpful. All at a very good price.
A little cramped at breakfast as all the tables were very close together. This is being very picky and in all honesty nothing to complain about at all.
Was more like a suite, with a balcony and rooftop garden. Breakfast was good too. Very convenient location...
The jacuzzi feature of the bath smelled horrible when first activated. It probably needed more use/cleaning/maintenance. However as it wasn't listed as a feature when we booked.....
Excellent breakfast. Good "special deal" pricing for our last minute booking when our ferry didn't sail. Very swish downstairs breakfast bad and lobby. Right in the heart of Heraklion. Great bathrooms.
Was all good
Central location. Very clean and comfortable.
Aircraft noise can be heard but is not excessive
Most everything, but mostly design and comfort of sleep and bathroom. Beautifully designed. Spacious. Good breakfast. Super value for the money.
None. All was good.
- clean and comfortable
- shower/drain had a funny smell
Poor ventilation in bathroom
Central location Balcony Helpful staff Roof garden area
Efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. Great location and good value for money.
Clean and friendly
The beds were too hard
Expensive,small rooms,difficult to find location.
The breakfast was over-average for Greece
very unfriendly reception. My girlfriend has arrived will all 4 bags while I was parking the car, the the fat woman in the reception did absolutely nothing to help her through the stairs. The receptionist has also recommended us a "partner parking" that is much more expensive than the one located almost besides the hotel. Our room had a terrible smell, so that we had to request to change it. The reception has also recommended a "partner restaurant", that was more expensive and worse than the others located nearby. The room was ridiculous small, with a glass door separating the toiled from the bedroom. We had two single beds put together instead of a couple bed.
excellent location for the City and Port. We only stayed one night as we were going on a cruise the day after but were able to walk to bars and shops in the evening and then even walked to the port the following morning to take a look at our ship. Beautiful and relaxing roof terrace with big comfy chairs.
the location was perfect...close to the sea, restaurants, and a few minutes to ferries and buses. the architectural design was very creative and a warm feeling for a modern design
nothing...we just don't like greek style yougurt...but as they say...when in Greece...
friendly staff, very accommodating comfy and clean rooms that are spacious and modern great little restaurant just across the street
non smoking rooms!! new, clean & nice. great shower.
Central location close to ferry terminal but still in old town. Staff on reception were very helpful with room, suggestions on where to eat and street directions.
Nothing really an excellent hotel for one or two night in town
Good staff, good location, not far from centre of Heraclion, castle, see port and airport. Also good breakfeast-enought to feel not hungry in the morning
Lift-to complex for 3 person with luggedge, price
