The owners were always available and very nice. The location was great. It was close to lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants and bars. You can walk to black sand beach. Air conditioning was great. They had a huge parking lot.

I like how organize they are from picking up to the airport and everything we need in the room is there. big water which is perfect for a hot dat, airconditioning that works great!!! we have clothes line and balcony to chill! very nice people, will tell u where to go and they tild us about the santo wines, the view is superb! a 2 min. walk to perissa beach and restaurants and shops everywhere, and rental and cafes are all within the area. thank you for the gift, I cant wait to put it on our christmas tree..

Lovely hotel & just what we needed - we were island hopping around Greece so were on quite a low budget to save money. Very basic but had a lovely big balcony & a big bed! The owner of the hotel also gave us a lift to the port on departure!

I stayed at Katefiania Villas for several nights on a 6 week trip to Greece and it was my favorite stay of the entire trip. It's family-run and each person there was friendly and willing to help. I utilized their pick up services as well, for a ride to and from the port. The manager was very informative and gave me all the info I needed to get around the island via bus. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and 3 minutes from an incredible bakery. Lots of restaurants too. The bus stop to get to Fira and the rest of Santorini is less than a 5 minute walk away. Rooms at Katefiani were bright and clean. Overall, a great stay and I can't wait to return!

Comfortable, clean, cozy, spacious room with balcony, clean and big bathroom, good hot shower. The small kitchenette met our needs for cooking. A few steps to the supermarket and about 10 - 15 minutes to bus stop and the beach. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful, he even give us a small souvenir, really appreciate it. They also provide pick up transfer from/to port and the airport.

This is such a sweet little hotel near the black beaches of Perissa (about a 4 block walk - away from the noise, but close to everything! - restaurants, bus station, beach, bakery, small convenience stores). The owners are lovely and you can pay them for airport/port pick up/ drop off or transportation to other sites around the island (which I recommend over the bus system, which is ok, but not great). The small kitchenette met our needs for cooking/ eating in. Loved the fresh island air flowing through with 2 windows across from each other. We didn't need the AC, but it would be helpful later in the summer.
