Clean...the staff were friendly...breakfast was good and substantial...and help was at hand to book a taxi when we left.

Front rooms tend to be a little noisy due to overlooking a busy pedestrian thoroughfare.

The unwelcome of the staff. It was a stress for me when I had to ask something to the recptionist.

I liked the temperature it had in the room. The bed was very nice, we had a good night sleep. The bathroom was very nice also Another great thing is that the hotel has a garage.

There is in the center of the city and at the same time the noise level is low because it is located in a road behind the main street. Every piece of equipment is new and in excellent condition.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, great rooms, traditional design, staff treating you like a member of their family, feeling like being at home.

There wasn't any seating room for common use, no place to sit for coffee or chat.

The hotel was well located. They have space at a parking garage very close by - important in the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

For some reason the hot water turned cold in the middle of a shower and there was no hot water in the room after that during the evening we were there.

Excellent hotel, very nice architecture, cozy rooms, warm environment, friendly-helpful personel. Extremely satisfied. The location is very convenient (in the center of Ioannina city) for visiting the city and the old castle. The free parking provided is a big plus, since finding parking in the center of the city is a problem. And all this at very good prices. For similar services in big cities (Athens, Thessaloniki) someone might pay double or even higher. Of course we were there in October - low season- still we were treated as "royal" in a very good price. If I ever visit Ioannina again , I will definetly book again at the this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little bit tricky to find by driving. Especially if you are not greek in order to read the signs. Someone must examine carefully the map provided at the site and generally study the city's map. Personally I found it easily, but I was really good prepared. Although the hotel is not located on a central street, at the room facing on the street, there is a little bit of noise .

It is a wonderful hotel, traditional rooms, very spacey, extremely clean, the bathroom just perfect, ... the cleanest and prettiest room i have ever been. Excellent location, free underground parking, beautiful beds

The only thing i would like more...is a richer breakfast and little more smiles from the owner and staff... we all have troubles but a smile makes everything better

Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel is small with family pleasant atmosphere. Room is very nice, comfortable with big bathroom. Hotel have closed private parking in garage.

Hotel is situated in very tiny street and we have problem finding it because in the center there are many one-way streets.

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location and spacious parking (max vehicle height can be a bit more than 2 meters). The parking is really great, and is included into the room rate.

We have traveled as a family (three adults + one child), and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in August 2012. We have selected this hotel following the number of positive reviews at booking.com website, and the criteria included secure parking, central location, and reasonable price. We have selected a non-refundable option for two rooms, a double room for single use and the attic suite (two rooms with a shower/WC) and received a confirmation from booking.com. When we arrived, the hotel could not provide us with the attic suite saying it is occupied for the upcoming night, and suggested a triple room instead. The manager pointed out that in our reservation request, we have asked all rooms to have windows, and the suite does not have any - only the windows in the roof (which was not a problem for us, in fact) - so he has decided not to keep that room for us, without keeping us informed. So, we have stayed one night in a triple room instead of Attic Suite, and moved to the Suite for another night. Our friend who stayed in the double room for single use, was OK with the room however the toilets were not working there and in our rooms either (it was impossible to flash the water, and in spite of our complaints, nothing was done). The breakfast was nothing - lots of bread and water, and coffee from the french press: no dairy food, no cereals, no fruits or vegetables - so we even didn't have it the second morning. Our credit card was pre-authorized, so when we paid, we were given a discount for the one night price difference of a triple room and attic suite. Noone at the reception speaks English - so can be a problem for the travelers who do not speak Greek (not our case - our party had a Greek speaker). In the end, the hotel did not provide any information to booking.com that we stayed there, so we have received a no-show email from booking.com.

It was near to the center of the city. An another advantage was the private underground parking. Well furnished and large rooms.

Try to avoid the last floor, cause there are no windows.

Very close to the centre and close to the road upon which we entered Ioannina. The room was in fact two rooms: a bedroom and a small sitting room. There was also spacious underground parking.

Even though it was close to the main road, we had difficulty finding it. A map with some landmarks, such as the town hall, would be helpful, as it is hard to see the names of the streets.

Avoid the front room on the upper floor. It has no windows and therefore it makes you feel a little bit claustrophobic.

the location and ambiance was excellent as was the hotels george who was nothing but a pleasure to meet and I have no reservations in staying again at the kentrikon and would recommend it highly for a stay in ioannina.

In a very central position and its low cost prining, make it an ideal option for short vacation or stop by...

We loved the spacious attic suite, and the hotel staff were up for us to check in even though we didn't arrive until 1am!

Very difficult to find if you are driving.

ίσως το πιο καθαρό ξενοδοχείο που εχω μείνει, σου δίνει την αίσθηση ότι φιλοξενεισαι σε παλιό γιαννιωτικο αρχοντικό, ευρυχωρα δωμάτια και μπάνια, προσεγμένη επίπλωση, πολυ καλή τοποθεσια όσον αναφορά την προσβασιμότητα στο κέντρο της πόλης αλλα χωρίς θέα. κορυφαία απόδοση ως προς την τιμη και όχι μόνο. μια πολυ ευχάριστη έκπληξη.

Το Kentrikon, όπως άλλωστε λέει και το όνομα του βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, κάτι που είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό, αφού δεν χρειάζεται να πάρει κανείς άλλο μεσο μεταφοράς για να περιηγηθεί την πόλη. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος τόσο από την καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου, όσο και από το προσωπικό. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Σε πολύ καλό σημείο στο κέντρο της πόλης , εύκολη μετακίνηση στο κέντρο με τα πόδια χωρίς τη χρήση αυτοκινήτου. Καθαριότητα , ησυχία παρ' όλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο.Φιλικη ατμοσφαιρα.Αψογη εξυπηρετηση και με δικό του parking.Πολυ καλη σχεση τιμης με αυτα που ειχε να προσφερει
