Kerveli Village Hotel  

The hotel is situated in a very nice location on Samos island.

Although most of the staff was friendly and doing their job, especially room service, there were a few of employees that would use Greek language, mostly the spoken language at the hotel was German, to comment on hotel guests. I happen to be Greek and did not like at all what I could hear....not professional at all. On another note, the shower cabinet was not isolated properly and each time I took a shower I had to clean a lake of water formed in front of me. Finally, breakfast buffet was not up to the 3 star hotel standards this hotel claims to be. Every day same variety of bread, jams, and canned fruits. I was surprised to see that there was NO fresh fruit juice (only concentrated one diluted in big jags), and a poor choice of selection of warm beverages. All jams,and butter was of second quality...a real shame for a charge of 12 euros per person!!!!

Struttura immersa nel verde e nella natura, direttamente sul mare, ben tenuta anche se un pò datata. Baia con mare cristallino e tranquillo con tanti pesci. Dal balcone della stanza vista mare stupenda.

E' necessario avere l'auto ( il villaggio è isolato ). La mia stanza, con bagno molto piccolo, sul retro dava su zona servizi un pò abbandonata ( carta e bicchiere di plastica presenti a terra per tutto il mio soggiorno ). Rumore persistente dovuto ad aspiratore o .... collocato abbastanza vicino alla mia stanza. Servizio ai tavoli durante la cena gestito in modo sgarbato.
