Classical King George Palace

it was accross the main street where concerts were there... the place was busy but close to everywhere... ATTICA store (which is like harvey nickolas) was just behind the hotel... all famous brands are just behind (2 mins walking) + many resturants are there and even mcdolands is just accross the street where next to mcdonalds are a very nice platz full of shops + coffeee shops... Moreover, opposite mcdonalds you will see a little train which can take you for 30 min tours to see all athens and it comes every 30 min... not to forget metro station opposite the hotel... + Grocery (like little kushks) opposite the hotel.... if you stay here your feets would do & you wont need any transportation :) not to forget that it was luxury + Brekfast waw

nothing ... but you should consider that this place is in city centre as they say (a place that does not sleep) which i love about it ....

Very clean, location.

They put 2 twin beds together to make a king bed, which was kind of uncomfortable, one of us kept falling through the crack. They tired to fix it by making the bed with a king fitter sheet and by adding a blanket under the sheet, but it was still uncomfortable.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The complimentary bottle of wine was thoughtful and we drank it at dinner in the restaurant which was superb. The thoughtfulness in preparing our room before we went to bed.

Nothing- it was a fantastic experience

The location. I choose this over gb cos the guidebook said King George is more like a boutique hotel (which I like) while gb have over 300 rooms so I thought checking out will take a longer time.

The lobby was stacked with luggages (makes the hotel seems more like the type of hotel for group tours) and it looks very very plain. I was quite disappointed when I stepped into the lobby. It does not look like or befit a "luxury hotel". (That will be the ones next to yr establishment)

The services we received from the concierge during our stay who help us locate a person in Athens,and made several attempts to get in touch with him. The concierge made several good recommendations to help us tour certain suburbs of the city that we wished to visit, and restaurants where we had good experiences.

Due to an early return flight on the day of our departure we left a wake up call for 4:30 AM. At 5:15 AM my wife woke up to use the bathroom when she realized that we had less than thirty minutes to get ready to meet the taxi we had ordered for our transport to the airport. We were not awakened as we requested. Needless to say that the situation created a great deal of anxiety.

The room was too small & dark

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and fantastic interiors

The warmness of all staff and their eagerness to be of help to all our requests.
