Great location, helpful staff, quiet environment, free wi-fi, close parking site, White tower 10 min by foot

The staff were absolutely fantastic, they could not do enough for us. The food and selection for breakfast was extensive , tasty, varied and better than anything I have ever come across before. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, staff,foof, room,cleanliness, late checkout,absolutely everything was top class. Ten out of Ten, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Good location; excellent full Greek breakfast, free wifi in room; relatively spacious room; spacious lobby with fruits to eat; room is worm in January; air conditioning seems to be in place.

Street noise can not completely be locked outside; internal noise from the water pipeline at night can be incomfortable

Price spa offers

The hotel is very old and need major renovation. Cannot be considered as a 4 star hotel.

The building is beautiful, classic style. The rooms are comfortable equiped with everything that someone expects from a nice hotel. Also the very good location at the heart of the city with easy walking access to the historical comercial markets of Thessaloniki, the bars, cafes and the old and new Paralia (harbour) which makes it ideal for a city trip. I liked the really cheap spa and saunas that you can enjoy and the bar at ground floor which makes nice cocktails.

The staff although extremely polite could be more communicative about the hotel's facilities. For example they should tell us that you have to prebook if you want to use the jacuzzi and steam room when we asked them.

Breakfast was ok

Awful almost non-existent bathrooms with shower literally 60 cm by 60 cm and pvc curtain all over you, small rooms with no insulation whatsoever...extremely noisy. At a 4-star hotel one would expect S.O. to meet you at the door and help with the luggage. No parking and very difficult even to stop near the hotel...

Air conditioning gives only warm air. Bathroom is too small.

50% of discount on the sauna and haman services. The location is good and clean and the inside environment is warm and welcoming. Free internet access. Worth for the price I paid (55euro twin room).

Small room and the bathroom very small...The photos doesn't represent the real size. Also, I didn't liked the fact that the room was without balcony when it was described otherwise.

η τοποθεσία του ήταν το σημαντικότερο πλεονέκτημά του πάνω στην εγνατίας.η σχέση παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών και τιμής ήταν καλή.το πρωινό πλούσιο, η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού αρκετά καλή.

το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται εμφανώς συντήρηση , κυρίως ένα φρεσκάρισμα στους τοίχους, οι οποίοι ήταν εμφανώς λερωμένοι και μια αλλαγή στα καλύμματα των κρεβατιών.

οι τιμές ηταν αρκετα καλες. το πρωινό πολύ καλό. η περιοχή βολική ειδικα για εργασια στο κεντρο ή βολτα. παρολο που ειναι στο κεντρο ηταν σχετικα ησυχο.

θα ηθελα να καθαριζετε το δωματιο καθημερινα (οχι μονο στρωσιμο κρεβατιου) καθως και αλλαγη πετσετων καθημερινα. ο φωτισμος ανεπαρκης, ειδικα αν θελεις να διαβασεις.
