Good service from reception on arrival and departure and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Thanasis. Clean hotel. All inclusive Maids very good service.
Low quality of food and alcohol inside the hotel.
Nice outdoor areas, clean communal areas, swimming pool areas well maintained. Free yoga course in the morning. Really good spa massage descent priced. Food was nice and reception staff very helpful. I disagree with previous comments I read about bad personnel and food.
Our room needed bathroom to be renovated. A lot of silly extra charges: Extra charge for wifi. All inclusive charge doesn't include water bottle in the pool bar which costs 2€!! Overpriced for Greece. Swimming pools indoor and outdoor was very cold to swim in, sun beds at the beach extra charge!
The grounds are enormous, and the location not to far away from Kos town. The facilities seemed to adequately entertain children.
The rooms very basic and done without taste, offering only the bare essentials. Even in late September the queues for the buffet were enormous at all times and the food dull, resembling a school canteen. Paying the all-inclusive price, I was told that I had to pay for everything at the cafe, including cofee, water, soda etc. Maybe I don't get the "all inclusive" rules but this strikes me as very odd. The staff couldn't care less generally, more than half don't speak a word of Greek, not even the basics. Ordering a taxi was a nightmare, kept waiting without any update for over half hour. Our room didn't have wifi signal, even if you wanted to pocket out the obscene amount of money they were asking for 24 hours (for 2mps). Make a long story sort, a nightmarish experience that cost 130 euro per night. It ranks among the worst establishments I have ever visited in my life.
Clean hotel. All inclusive. It has everything you might need
