Çalışanlar son derece iyi, sıcakkanlı, yardımsever, servis gayet iyi. Yemekler güzel, kahvaltı keyifli. Otel'in denize karşı konumu, manzarası çok güzel. Denizi güzel. Tek beğenmediğim, hayal kırıklığına uğradığım nokta odamız oldu. Çok küçük, kullanışsız. Banyosu son derece küçük ve kullanışsız. Ödediğim bedele göre böyle bir oda hiç düşünmemiştim. Değiştirme talebime ise tüm odaların dolu olduğu gerekçesi ile olumlu yanıt alamadım.

I absolutely loved my stay in Kivotos! Everything from the room to its service was excellent! The staff was very friendly, yet professional and the spa treatment we had was magical. I hope to return soon some day!

Kivotos has been a great experience for us! Congratulations to all the team for the great work. We specifically liked the private tranfer from the airport and back as we've never been offered something like that, free by the way!
