Just 30 metres from the sea, in the area of Nea Fokea, Kiwi Apartments offers accommodation with views over Kassandra Bay. For this price - nothing at all! I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. For 30 euro per night it is in shameful condition for the greek standards - there was no air condition, and you cannot sleep windows open because the place is in front of the main road. Besides, the furnitures in the room were very old, including the poor and not so clean bathroom. Sorry to say it but for this price I was expecting at least an ac!

La struttura si trova a 30 metri dal mare ed il mare è stupendo, sono molto gentili. Per andare in spiaggia bisogna attraversare la strada rischiando di essere travolti dalle auto in piena curva. Alcuni appartamenti, come il mio, si affacciano sulla strada, sembra di essere al gran premio di formula1, quindi non si dorme bene. Alcuni appartamenti, come il mio, non hanno il condizionatore quindi si muore di caldo. La spiaggia non è attrezzata, un tale affitta lettini e ombrelloni ma sono pochi se si arriva tardi bisogna portarsi l'ombrellone fornito dal Kiwi. Non ci sono divertimenti, né c'è molta gente, zona per famiglie e anziani, 2 piccoli alimentari, 2-3 bar, 3-4 ristoranti pure cari, bisogna noleggiare un auto per vedere un po di gente e recarsi nelle due località più a sud.

Good marks only for cleaness. Very noisy room (right on the main road of Kassandra), very poor furniture, no air-conditioning, no bathtub nor shower in the bathroom (old plumbing in general). Very poor quality/price ratio. Wouldn't stay there again.

Proximity to the beach - just across the street. The house has garden barbecue where people can get together. The family who runs the place is very friendly. The village is very nice - pretty small and not crowded at all. The beach is also nice and not crowded. Very big free beach zone. The place is a little bit noisy because of the road nearby. With closed windows it becomes OK. Other than that everything is fine, especially for the price.
