The location was convenient and the beachfront bungalow had a great view. The buffet breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of international as well as Greek food. The staff provided useful tips for excursions througout the island. Frequent aircraft traffic to and from the nearby airport necessitated closing the windows to reduce noise to a comfotable level for sleeping before midnight and in early mornings. |

Staff very kind, very good position, in front of the private bay! in the town therewasn't much to doin the night. The bongalow was cleaned well every day but there was a bad smell in the bathroom |

The room was right on the beach and had wonderful panoramic views, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was not very special and the drinks very expensive from the bar. |

A nice spot close to the airport but you definately need a car to get about the island. Staff are friendly and helpful if asked. More of a family and/or older couple hotel in my opinion. Food and wine was pretty average. Need to look after their guests more in relation to their car hire provider. I paid significantly more for three days hire through the hotel than I did for seven days via the internet. |

Very attentive, accommodating and well-trained staff who took every opportunity to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.Very extensive buffet with good quality food and menus. The hotel is transforming from a French club into a more cosmopolitan hotel; some of the accommodation is more functional than attractive and there are signs of wear and tear. The airport is on the flightpath to Iraklio which is a busier airport than I had imagined. Apart from the odd plane at night, it was not too much of a problem. |

прекрасный пляж, дружелюбные аниматоры - молодые, веселые. Отель прекрасно подходит для отдыха с детьми. Вокруг отеля ничего нет - может быть скучновато. Вдоль пляжа постоянно заходят на посадку самолеты, но это особо не напрягает завтраки однообразны и не очень вкусные |

Nejvice ze vseho ocenuji velice vstricny personal, jak v restauraci, tak animatory, pokojske atd. Skvely byl take pristup na plaz, ktera nebyla preplnena a mela pohodlne a hlavne funkcni lehatka se slunecniky. Libila se mi i moznost vyuziti fitness studia a stolniho tenisu. Snidane byly vynikajici, v cistem prostredi, vseho dostatek. |

la struttura e' veramente ottima. il trattamento e' stato eccellente, ci hanno riservato una suite al prezzo di un bungalow. tutto il personale e' molto gentile e disponibile. |

aardige, behulpzame staf, fruit op de kamer, strand en zee vanuit de kamer te zien en te horen, heel dichtbij. we wilden een non-smokingkamer met bad, bleek toch een kamer met douche te zijn. Werd snel opgelost, maar toen we geïnstalleerd waren in de nieuwe kamer bleek de warmwaterkraan van het bad niet te werken. Weer verhuisd en dat was nog minder, het bleek een zeer muffe, kamer te zijn waarin gerookt was. Ook was het bed keihard! |

Nabijheid van vliegveld I.V.M. vroegtijdig vertrek volgende dag. Ontvangst. Diner- en ontbijtbuffet "Vergane glorie-hotel", enigszins sleets, B.V. kapotte terrastafel, niet goed werkende douche, scheve laatjes ed. |
